Luisa: Not long after Mario and Peach’s wedding their coronation took place. Mario was named king and I was named Princess.
Not long after that King Bowser barged into the Mushroom Kingdom. He came with an offer to finally settle peace between the two kingdoms.
I can still remember the terror on Mario’s face with the Koopa king at me. In order to bring prosperity King Bowser wanted ME in exchange.
I was now part of the Royal family. I was his ticket into the kingdom. If we refused he would not stop his terror.
Against Mario’s protests, I accepted the Koopa Kings offer.
I agreed to marry him so that we can finally be at peace.

Introducing Earth-64’s Spider-Man: Spider-Lu 🕷️
While Mario is the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom Luisa is the hero of Brooklyn.
Luisa was bitten by a genetically engineered spider created by a theory from Bowser. Bowser wanted to infuse the abilities of all the Power-ups into a living organism. That way they wouldn’t waste time searching for Blocks. It would give him a huge advantage to destroy the Mario siblings. Bowser was told it was too risky and dangerous because that amount of energy and power inside a single organism would be fatal. Bowser wanted the job DONE.
Shy Guys began to experiment using insects as test subjects though time and time again the results would be the same as the subjects injected would go still after a few hours. One day they finally succeeded as one subject, a spider, managed to stay alive for a week. Before they can share the news to Bowser the castle was invaded (Mario and Luisa saving Peach) and the spider managed to escape through all the chaos.
The spider found Luisa and bit her. Shortly after it dies. The Shy Guys find the dead spider and call it quits to the experimenting. Concluding it was impossible for a living being to harness all that power.
Not only does Luisa have Spider-like abilities but she’s able to shoot ice and fire balls, shrink in size, and become invincible (only for a short amount of time and she only uses it for emergencies as all the power drains her quickly). She has organic webbing and her Spidey-senses are 2x sharper than regular.

Chapter 20: Spider-Lu Pt. 2

Here’s my take on how Luisa discovers the Spiders-Society:
Out of the blue Luisa Spidey senses go haywire telling her to go back underground Brooklyn where the siblings first discovered the green pipe. She goes in deeper when her senses tell her to go into tube identical to the one that sucked her out of her world in the first place.
Obviously she doesn’t want to go in but her senses are insistent that she eventually does. She ends up in Spider Society HQ, deep below the building.
She’s amazed to see so many people who are just like her and begins to cautiously explore.
LYLA alerts Miguel of a new Spider in the building they have never seen before and who was definitely not a member. Weirdest of all she doesn’t have a watch but isn’t glitching.
Miguel orders for her capture and finds that this Spider is able to control fire, ice, and change in size and immediately goes after her himself.
All while Luisa is trying her hardest to avoid capture and retreat back to the pipe to go home but ends up being taken down by one of the biggest, muscular guys she’s ever seen.

Chapter 21: Possible ship?

Apparently I made a ship by mistake between these two and I have to say…I can definitely see it. Granted that their transition to a romantic relationship would be definitely a slow burn. And a lot of work. Mostly due to Miguel’s stubborn short tempered ass.
There’s just something about Luisa’s sweet self that seems to draw in guys with anger issues.

Luisa manages to escape Miguel and into the green tube. However, when Miguel goes after her the tube does not transport him and instead leads him to a dead end.
Frustrated, and irritated though impressed (he won’t admit that out loud), that he was taken down by someone so small he only has one goal in mind: Track down this unknown Spiderwoman.
Poor Luisa has no idea what’s coming.

Regarding to my last post I came up with this random AU where Mario mysteriously travels to another world where he lands in the middle of a coronation, the crowing of the next Koopa king.
It’s there he discovers his nieces and nephews. That he didn’t know he would ever have.
Giulia, his youngest niece, is a pure sweetheart who loves to race. She’s a shifter so she alternates from Koopa to human from time to time.
Coal, his youngest nephew, is a wild card and a true magic prodigy. He’s also a shifter but prefers to stay human a majority of the time. He loves to play pranks and joke around.
Then there is Ember, his eldest niece. Ember and Coal are twins. Unlike her brother Ember is the shy and quiet type who loves to read and listen to music. She’s a shifter but prefers to stay Koopa form.
Finally there’s Luca, his eldest nephew who scarily resembles him save for the intense red eyes and Paratroopa wings despite not having a shell. Luca is the only one out of his siblings that cannot shift but is also the only one who can breathe fire.
Needless to say, Mario doesn’t know how to process this.

Ember and Ash are twins. Unlike her brother, Ember is the quiet type. A lover of fantasy literature and listening to music. When she’s not burying her nose on the latest novel she can be found practicing her skills in tennis. She has a pretty good winning streak.
She’s quirky. Known to appear out of the blue scaring the crap out of people (because she is so damn quiet) and making little humming noises.
Ember is based off Dolores Madrigal from Encanto.
One more Bowuigi child left to go.

An unexpected first family meeting.
Mario gets transported to the future where he discovers he has nieces (2) and nephews (2) he’s never met before and that there is a new Koopa King ruling the Darklands. It’s even more to a shock to Mario that one of his newly discovered nephews just happens to be the new King Koopa. It’s the final blow for Mario to discover that the four young royals are the last of the Royal Koopa bloodline alive….and are still being hunted down.

Luca was the only one to have a natural birth. Ember, Ash, and Giulia were laid and hatched. He is also the only Koopa without a shell though if he had one I envisioned it being identical to a Blue Shell but with a different color palette.
Giving Luca a personality is much harder than sketching this boys hair 🙄.
Oh! And I also gave him a tail.
I guess the reason I’m having a problem figuring out his personality is because I’m split on two possible ideas for my AU. One will give Luca a survival mode personality while the other… will give him Jessica Rabbit vibes. (“I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way.” -Jessica Rabbit)
AU idea 1 - Mario is sent to the future and meets his future family. (Survival Mode Luca)
AU idea 2 - Mario is sent to another dimension where Luigi is female and meets the family that he will never have in his world. ( Jessica Rabbit vibes Luca)
