Summary
Bowser and Luigi have been dating for ten years. It's not a secret - at least, not from their friends and families. King Boo, however, finds out and is not pleased. After all, Luigi is his mortal enemy, and more importantly, his. However, he makes the mistake of bringing back a ghost from Luigi's past to aid him, a certain Charming Magician named Dimentio, who also wants Luigi for his own. Dimentio's betrayal and revival leads to a mad chase between the three villains to marry Luigi first.
All the while, a sliver of the Chaos Heart managed to survive in Luigi, and it likewise revives with Dimentio, empowered by the negative emotions and darkness affecting Luigi. The more this negative energy grows, the more danger everyone will be in. Everyone needs to help Luigi overcome this darkness, stop King Boo and Dimentio, and reunite Luigi with Bowser so Bowser can actually propose.

Bowser is shocked he's waited 10 years to marry Luigi and unfortunately Luigi's got enough villains vying for the position to he his husband. Unfortunately for him they're two ghosts who Luigi wouldn't be caught dead marrying, and neither ghost has a problem killing their poor plumber. But thankfully not before tying the knot.

After his stay at the Last Resort hotel ends, Bowser goes back to his kingdom and struggles with finding the right partner. While he's gone, Luigi is re-introduced to King Boo in a very different light.
Takes place after "Koopa King at the Last Resort", but you don't really need to read that one to understand. (I don't think so at least)

Luigi struggles with the aftermath of being Bowser's fuck toy, knowing that he'll likely never see the King again. Unsurprisingly Bowser can't stop thinking about Luigi, even after setting up a haram it's all for nothing because no one can compare to the green one. While Bowser suffers Luigi suffers in other ways, trying to maintain the hotel so he can leave without it falling apart from his absence.
While Luigi stuggles to maintain and remodel his hotel King Boo plots his torment for Luigi's life essence. What Luigi doesn't know is it'll be one amazing ride and rimming. -

Summary
Luigi accidently breaks the jar that Bowser is confined in. It just seems to be one screw up after another, and who's left to clean up these messes?
Mario.
Annoyed of that, he sets off to make things right. Things don't necessarily go as planned. The capturer ends up becoming the captured.
. . . . .
"Enough, Kamek. Don't kill him." The king signalled him to stop. "Get out of here and leave him to me. No spells.""But sire." The wizard protested. "You can't trust him. He works alongside Mario. There's no telling what they've schemed up-
"That's an order. Plus this guy is no threat. Without his brother here to save or defend him- I'm sure he'll be as cooperative as a trained dog." Bowser grinned, leaning down so he could hover over the man who was lying down on the stone floor, small puffs of air leaving his slightly parted lips. "If he becomes a nuisance or I simply grow bored, I'll kill him."
Kamek nodded. "As you wish, sire." In a poof of sparkly smoke, he was gone.
"So, greenie. It looks like it's just the two of us."

In typical Bowser fashion he escapes captivity thanks to Luigi's clumsiness and feeling bad, Luigi tries to fix the problem. One thing leads to another and Luigi is back where he started, captured and imprisoned. Eventually Bowser and him come to an understanding that they're actually quite similar. One thing leads to another, they fall in love fast and bam! Babytime.
