Chapter Text
Within the confines of Sawyer’s room, the Spinda sat on his bed, tired from today’s events.
“...What a day, huh. Fletch…Faust, they are all such wonderful sweet people, I hope…that with the coming days, I hope that we grow closer and become more than just friends.”
Finally the Spinda closed his eyes, entering the world of sweet dreams.
CRACK!
“W-What the hell?” The Spinda quickly rose from their slumber and scoured the room for the source of the sound.
Clack.
…
…
…
At the corner of the room, stood an all too familiar Archen, surrounded by shards of broken glass, the window behind him clearly broken. The Archen stood there, a smirk on his face, wearing his usual attire: a flowing furry blue robe, a large golden crown resting on his head.
Sawyer raised an eyebrow, confused “Fletch…?”
“Stand ready for Fletch’s arrival, worm! For today is your lucky day mortal, the king of the stars has graced your presence!” the Archen spoke proudly
Sawyer blanked, unable to form a response, a terrifying chill on his back.
“My servant are you deaf or something?! The Omnipotent one has visited you out of the goodness of Fletch’s heart and this is how you choose to act? How dare you!”
“UAGHHHHH,” Sawyer shrieked loudly, leaping off his bed and scrambling his way into the doorstep and out of the room in all fours.
“Sawyer? What the hell are you doing, my servant???” Fletch raised an eyebrow, confused by his antics.
…
…
“WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT, SOMETHING’S WRONG, I HAVE TO GET OUT OF HEREEE!” Sawyer sweated bullets as he sprinted across the hallway, desperate to avoid the thing that called itself ‘Fletch’ back there.
“THAT’S NOT FLETCH, THAT’S NOT-”
FLAMP
Due to his carelessness, the Spinda tripped over and planted his face.
“Sawyer?!”
Hearing that all too familiar bratty…? Voice, the Spinda lifted his head finding himself
“FAUST….Thank Arceus you’re here, please help me, something’s wrong– Faust?”
Upon taking a closer look, Faust’s attire was also a little different than usual, she wore a black cavalier hat, adorned with a blue feather. Her two front paws were wearing black fingerless gloves.
“Sawyer, mine precious friend, is anything bothering thou? Thy knows that Faust the knight of frost is always prepared to help thee, right?” she spoke softly, her blue eyes giving the Spinda a gentle warm gaze.
“...GET AWAY FROM ME!” Sawyer screamed, crawling away from Faust, horrified by what he just heard.
Faust raised an eyebrow, a worried look on her face.“Mine friend, what is the matter with thee? Thou is clearly in distress, art thou afflicted with hexes of the mind?”
“NO! YOU’RE NOT MY FAUST, YOU’RE CLEARLY AN IMPOSTER TAKING HER PLACE!”
“Weh?” Faust squeaked, even more confused by the situation.
“Ughhhh, Sawyer shut up with that buffoonery of yours have you forgotten that you are Fletch the Omnipotent’s one and only wife,” Fletch proudly announced, appearing out of nowhere, standing right next to the Spinda.
“What.”
The Archen raised to the sky, what appeared to be a small device known as a pregnancy test, the result on it reading….
positive
. “Fletch is disappointed that you forgot that you are carrying our
baby
.”
“
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGWHGDAHHHHHHGWIDWSHSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
’” the Spinda woke up once again, letting out a visceral gutteral scream.
BLAM!
“Sawyer! Art thou alright?” Fletch asked, a concerned look
Seeing the Archen back to normal, removed all the dread, all the sense of horror that he was feeling just moments ago.
“FLETCHHHHHH I’M SO GLAD YOUR NORMAL,” Sawyer grabbed the Archen and locked him into a tight embrace. Tears of inexplicable joy were streaming out of his eyes.
“Ah? What dost thou mean, did something happen to me, mine precious friend?” Fletch asked, gently patting Sawyer on the back, undisturbed or bothered by the hug.
“J-Just d-don’t worry about it.”
