Flowering Almond | Hope
A battle gone wrong leads Nightmare's Gang to the closest AU with an abundance of healing food, which turns out to be Farmtale. Farmtale, specifically this copy, has never learned of the multiverse, but the Sanses are able to come up with a cover story relativly easily. They plan to leave once Dust and Nightmare are healed enough to go back home, but Horror doesn't want to go. This AU is everything he's ever wanted.
So he comes back (after a lot of pestering Nightmare) and, slowly but surely, falls in love with not just the AU, but the people--specifically one person--inside it.
