Firstly this is genderswap cause Ollie (Number1KattipsShipper) asked me to for her

Secondly this is based on the show not the books which is why Kipps is closer in age to everyone else

Thirdly Kattips is Just Fittes Locklyle
Both boys are over-confident pricks who go by their last names only
The dynamics match. Lockwood goes somewhere and Lucy follows but not as someone lower than him as an equal even though she works for him. In almost every shot/scene of Kipps Kat is beside him and he doesn’t seem to be in charge it seems they are both in control they are equals.
Kat was freaking out over Kipps going missing in the last episode and Lucy mirrored this after finding out Lockwood got shot.
We don’t see Kipps and Kats dynamic when they’re at Fittes but it’s safe to assume he acts the same but friendlier and what does lockwood do at Portland row? Act exactly the same but friendlier

Also Ollie asked to include them and I kinda shipped it already so yeah

The title is random and stolen from a song I wrote in my journal

It'll be s1 at first and then I'll add to the story after

Firstly I haven't read the books and don't have the mental capacity to read anything right now yes I know I'm a disgrace please don't mention it or pressure me into reading the books I will when I can comprehend it

Writing helps me when I'm feeling low on energy/mentally tired so that's why I'm writing and not reading

This does have elements from the books cause I did my research but again it is not a genderswap of the books so it won't follow the books

The first few chapters are just a genderswap s1

Hamlet becomes Romeo and Juliet cause it was the best I could do sorry

I am not religious but some (Kipps) characters in this fic are it's purely me creating that, no character is canonically religious that I know of

It was brought to my attention by my good friend Honeii that The catholic church thrives during the problem still, and children with talents are told by the church that they are "devil possessed" and I needed to dump the trauma on someone and chose Kipps yay

Lockwood is half religious we go into detail about that later

I'm not very good at updating...
