Summary
When Elias wakes up in the hospital, everything is hazy. He can’t understand where he is situated in the scale of existence; living, dying, or something in between. When he takes in the room, the blinding white lighting, the smell of blood, antiseptic, life and death, he gets an inkling of where he might just be.
