Chapter Text
Before everyone thinks otherwise, this must be noted, in every possible context Takemichi is an innocent man.
While this may seem like an exaggerated statement... IT IS NOT! And it takes the entire context in question, and when I say the entire event, to prove this. We would have to go back to a few years ago. When everything started. But Takemichi refuses to answer what happened, he ignores it as if it were the wind, at least he tries.
Sitting on a metal bench on a bus, with a belt that is stupidly tight, with a metal ball stuck to one of his feet, with a tight and uncomfortable white jumpsuit, also a person next to him, and of course, without exception, lots of conversations on the bus that only give him headaches, waiting to get to that prison where he will stay for the next 15 years. Takemichi really isn't in a very favorable position for himself.
Especially when the teenager next to him can't stop looking at him.
He contemplates his life, how did he end up here? In his childhood, Takemichi wanted to be a hero, he wanted to save everything and everyone, among us, that dream never left Takemichi. He was called a crybaby by his friends, and fought guys twice his size to protect the weaker ones. What happened? Even as a teenager his dream remained, and anyone who asked was answered with the same words:
"I want to save everyone. I want everyone to be happy."
Well, look where trying to make others happy got him.
Takemichi returned to the present again, looking at the person next to him, who hadn't stopped staring at him since he got here. He looked to be around your age, he had pink hair turned to light brown, his eyes were the same color, he also had a small mole above his mouth. In general he was a handsome young man. And he wouldn't even mind having your eyes examining him from top to bottom, if he weren't a criminal (in fact, even if he weren't Takemichi would feel embarrassed).
"Sorry" he hears the stranger muttering
'Sorry?' Who knew a criminal was so polite.
"It's okay" he replies.
"You looked strangely familiar to me," the young man says.
He looks at him again, but now more closely, and his face really isn't strange to him.
"I already know who you are" Takemichi watches him widen his eyes and open his mouth a little, as if he had the answer to all his doubts about him.
"You saved me!" He exclaims, and Takemichi wants to cry...did he save a future criminal? He really needs to stop these fantasies of being a hero!
"Do you remember? My name is Hinata Tachibana!"- he introduces himself, and now he is no longer a stranger-"I was protecting a dog from criminals who wanted to harm him! You appeared out of nowhere and kicked your ass!!"
"Thank you so much! You can finally thank the person who saved me that day!"
Well, criminals really are getting stranger and weirder...
"You're welcome"- he doesn't really want to create enemies yet, for now- "I just did what anyone should have done"- he adds.
"And you are?"- Tachibana asks and for a brief moment he is confused.
Oh yes of course he hasn't introduced himself yet!!
"Hanagaki Takemichi, you can call me Takemichi if you want" - he blushes slightly embarrassed, he had forgotten that he hadn't even introduced himself.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you Takemichi. By the way, you can call me Hinata. Of course, if you have an even better nickname!"- Hinata smiles gently, and it's hard for her to believe that this person really is a criminal, who may have or not done worse things than the crime he allegedly committed.
And before he could answer him, a brake noise was heard, it seems like the car finally stopped. He's not exaggerating, he can swear he's been driving this car for at least two days, making several stops for more criminals to enter. He even asked if the prison they were going to was at the end of the world. And we will probably be (him and all the prisoners) sent to prison, Tokyo Revengers.
"Well I think we stopped"- He hears Hinata say, along with murmurs from other criminals.
Takemichi doesn't respond as before he opens his mouth a stupidly loud bell rings. Guards come in out of nowhere, he imagines it's to escort them. And his observations are correct, because in the next second he hears the voice on the loudspeaker telling them to form a single file, of course with guards accompanying them wherever they go.
The guards guide us to a room. It was neither big nor small, ideal for the number of people who were there.
This procedure must have been done thousands of times. With other criminals, and maybe with other guards.
He sees some tattoo machines. Are they going to tattoo us? Although it is no stranger to criminals getting tattoos, Takemichi hates pain, and he bets it will hurt.
He looks back- Hinata is behind him, and he doesn't seem worried at all- Takemichi hesitates to speak to him, but the words come out of his mouth.
"Hina-chan, what tattoo you think are they going to get?"- Takemichi concluded that Hina-chan would be a great nickname for Hinata in some way, and has already started using it.
"'Hina-chan'?"- Hinata questions instead of answering his question, and Takemichi almost rolls his eyes.
"Yes, weren't you the one who said I could give you a nickname?"
"Yes, yes, of course" - Hinata replies, remembering the moment on the bus.
"What about the doubt?"- Takemichi asks again, impatient for your answer.
"Ah, right. Well, I see a plate in front of the machines, I suppose the numbers on the sign will be tattooed on us"
"OK, thanks"-Plate? How come he hadn't noticed. But, it's really there.
The plate was medium in size, with the first four numbers written on it.
What did the numbers mean?
Well, his question is quickly answered again by the guard on the speaker:
"Numbers will be tattooed on your neck" - Neck? Really? This area must hurt more!- "The numbers will be tattooed from 1 to 4 depending on the person's level of danger"- so this is basically a ranking... the weakest get the smaller number and the strongest get the number bigger.- "Everyone must have this tattoo"
He really won't be able to escape this...
The boy at the front of the line sits on the chair, and as they said, they got a tattoo of the number 2 on his neck.
The next ones follow the same steps, and Takemichi can't help but feel anxious.
And finally it's your turn.
He hears people whispering about him:
"What did this guy do, rob a cafe?"
"This one can get out of prison like a prostitute, with those blue eyes and blonde hair, even I want to fuck"
In general, it was these types of phrases that were said about him, he wants to vomit.
But it seems that for some reason they stopped, leaving the room in total silence once again.
"You can go" - he hears the guard say.
Is the tattoo already done?
It hurt a little, but it wasn't that bad, at least that's what Takemichi thought.
Now he had a large tattoo of the number 4 inked on his neck.
Hinata was right after him. He also left there with a 4 tattooed on his throat.
He's dangerous- Takemichi swallowed.
Hina-chan went to him, greeting him.
The other criminals were quick, not taking long.
Takemichi notes that Hinata and he are the only ones with level 4.
"You will now be taken to your respective cells"
It looks like the disaster is about to begin.

Chapter Text
"I'm home"-A black-haired boy shouted.
He entered it, closing the door behind him gently, not forgetting to leave his shoes at the entrance along with the keys in it.
The house appeared to be empty, without any frames or photos on the simple furniture. There was no decorative element to it, or color, not even looking inhabited by the cold passing through it. Only a strangely lonely and sad feeling was omitted.
Takemichi walked to the kitchen, seeing what could be his dinner before filling a glass of water and drinking it calmly.
Then he walked up the old stairs, heading towards his own room.
The younger Hanagaki took a look at the hallway, before entering it and dropping his backpack.
The room seemed more alive, with some clothes scattered on the floor. With white walls but with some colored pencil scribbles drawn in a corner of the wall, probably done when I was still younger.
A curtained window could be seen at the edge of a small desk. In it, several papers were spread out, with several pencils and pens. A large pile of cardboard stood out in the room, a black computer was also on top of it.
A double bed was centered in the middle of the room. Soft sheets and blue blankets snuggled the large bed, moving slightly with the wind from the window. Two large cushions painted a shade of dark blue stood out. Under one of them a black diary remained closed.
Two wooden headboards stood next to the bed. A medium lamp was positioned on the headboard on the right side. From where a soft yellow light comes out.
The closet was brown, large and spacious, it was the place where Takemichi kept his clothes.
A small bathroom was in his room.
He entered it. Taking a quick shower. Allowing yourself to relax in the hot water, gently rubbing your curls with the shampoo, not forgetting to wash it gently.
Takemichi now looked into the mirror, observing his body and features in the mirror of lights, before being quickly covered by his robe.
Takemichi this time went down the stairs without hesitation, returning to where he started, to the kitchen.
He prepared a fairly simple dinner, placed it on a tray and walked to the living room, snuggling up on the comfortable beige sofa.
He grabbed the remote, turning on the television.
'BREAKING NEWS
The location of Toman's large gang has been discovered.
Currently some leaders have been arrested. In which they
committed the following cri-
Hanagaki changed the channel.
"Idiots" he muttered, how stupid it is to commit crimes, kill people, what's the point of it. Why? He has never been able to understand why people like to cause destruction, wars, he thinks he will certainly never understand.
------------------------------------------
Takemichi didn't really know what to expect behind that door, but he certainly didn't imagine that it led to the prison's cafeteria. It was quite large and modern, with gray, round tables around it. The chairs were small and metal, with the same gray color present on them. It was simple, but surprisingly new. Well, it was probably to be expected, since this prison was recently built.<
There weren't many prisoners in the area, and those who were present only gave quick glances before looking away and continuing their activities. Takemichi thought it was a common process, due to their lack of interest. Probably every few years new prisoners joined, so it became a boring and uninteresting process that wasn't worth the concentration of other criminals. Well, good for him. He won't have to deal with problems anytime soon.
He watched again as the guards quickly closed the doors, disappearing as abruptly as they had appeared, frightening. He looked to the side, seeing that Tachibana also narrowed her eyes at his new "home". He let out a small sigh. What now? Would they just stand there? Not apparently, because new men arrived, this time with white and blue clothing, which accentuated their muscles, probably serving to intimidate the prisoners.
How stupid.
He was sure that most of them wouldn't be the least bit scared, maybe only the lowest-level criminals. But people who had killed someone, and destroyed several lives? They wouldn't be afraid of that. It was just ridiculous. And, still with sore feet, he walked slowly followed by his guard who was huffing at the slowness.
Beside him, Hinata was also accompanied, but unlike Takemichi's guard, the other was serious, and was totally the stereotypical security guard. He had dark blue hair, a symmetrical and oval face, with small lips but stretched in a slight frown. Some of his features were quite familiar to him, but he had no idea who they reminded him of. His body was built entirely of muscles, not that thick, but enough to scare anyone. His uniform was the same as the others, except for a completely black badge on the upper corner of his chest.
Thinking about it, he had seen that badge somewhere before. Right, the initial guards had green and blue badges. Why were their colors different? Did it mean something? He didn't seem to have any weapons, but he had, like his guard, a hand with a device - it seemed electrifying - that thought quickly escaped his head. He went after Hinata, who didn't seem the least bit worried about his current situation.
"Walk faster" - He heard his guard grumble. In return he only mumbled a few incoherent words along with a small cough.
Unlike the other guard, his was the complete opposite. His hair was long, tied up and obviously dyed in two colors, one blonde and one purple. His face was thin, with striking purple eyes that were made more unique by his large eyelashes and a small eyeliner. He looked tired. He also had muscles, but they were longer and less evident than those on the blue head. And again, a familiar badge.
However, that wasn't what bothered Takemichi, it wasn't his appearance, or even how he didn't seem to have the morals to be supervising the prisoners. It was the smoke that came out of the cigarette he held close to his mouth. He hated the smell and had no idea how people could smoke so easily. Besides, do they really want to die that much? If they want to die that much, Takemichi offers to die with them.
Preferably without any pain.
With his thoughts, Takemichi didn't even realize when he had separated from the other criminals. With only him, Hinata and the other two guards left,
Takemichi could only look at the door that had a 4 marked on it. For just a moment he looked at Hinata, who seemed relaxed as he sang a melody. For another moment he looked at the blue-haired one who just kept his neutral face. For the last moment he looked at his guard who seemed to get even more annoyed with the situation. For a brief moment he continued to ask you how you got yourself into this situation.
------------------------------------------
The stars lit up the dark and melancholic night of Shibuya. It was a full moon day, Takemichi couldn't help but think how beautiful and wonderful everything was, as if the world had been created for that purpose alone.
From the window of his house, Takemichi continued to observe the landscape. Not even blinking to miss a brief breeze.
Tim Tim Tim
His cell phone rang constantly, Takemichi continued to ignore it.
Tim Tim Tim
Takemichi looked up at the sky.
Tim Tim Tim
His gaze fell on the stars.
Tim Tim Tim
Now he saw how the moon seemed to be getting bigger and bigger.
Tim Tim Tim
He closed the window.
Tim Tim Tim
He closed the curtains.
Tim Tim Tim
Finally his eyes fell on his cell phone that was full of messages and calls.
He slowly picked it up, letting his eyes see the name and profile of the person.
And contrary to what he expected, his eyes widened faster than ever.
"Mom."
