Sam doesn’t want to admit to how much he likes having Lucifer’s throat under his hand.
The devil, cast down to humanity at last, under Sam’s control now, rasping desperately, “More, Sam, do it again.” His dick leaks against his belly and has from the first time Sam choked him. He might get off from this untouched.
