The day starts off and lightbulb was the first one awake, she looks to the side and sees her partner paintbrush still asleep, she loved how cute and fluffy they get when they get comfortable it’s like they become a big fur ball, lightbulb stares at paintbrush for a little until she finally gets up And Lighty kisses paintbrush on the forehead and walks out of their room.
Paintbrush took a while to wake up but when they finally did they saw that lightbulb was not there they lift themselves from the bed, but when they got up they didn’t feel like leaving the bed but they wanted to make a nest for some reason, they weren’t pregnant so what’s wrong. They really didn’t think to much about it and gets up from the bed and goes to the closet that has blankets and pillows, this wasn’t going to be enough so they go into the bathroom where clean towels were and brings it to the bed with the pillows and blankets.
They place all the blankets, pillows, and towels onto the beds paintbrush gets onto the bed and uses their tail to shape the size of this nest afterwards they start using their paws and feet to form it
(objects sometimes get on all four to form nest so it can be comfy) paintbrush sits inside of the nest bed and continues to form it with their paws and tail.
After a while of forming the nest,they get on all four and spin around trying to find a good spot to lay in, afterwards they curl up in a little ball and fall asleep, but they didn’t know that lightbulb was right at door and she recorded it to save on her phone.
After lightbulb records this, she quietly goes and gets dress then goes downstairs to greet fan and test tube who are eating breakfast.
Heya testy, hi fan. Good morning lightbulb!”
Test tube looks up and greeting her partner, fan was busy enjoying his breakfast but he looks up and waves to lightbulb.
Y’all would not believe what I caught painty doing! It’s so cute!!!
Test tube and fan are curious and looks at lightbulbs phone, seeing paintbrush form a little nest in their bed, aww that’s so cute I didn’t know paintbrush likes making nest, fan respond”
That looks mighty comfy I’m going to go back upstairs and lay with them! Lightbulb rushes back upstairs to their room.
Test tube and fan look At each other and smirk and they also rush upstairs to lay with their partners.
Paintbrush has no idea what’s about to happen but before they know it lightbulb kicks open the door and jumps on top of paintbrush startling them.
Lightbulb what the hell?!? Paintbrush yelled and hissed still confused on what’s going on
Painty I see you make this cute comfy nest and wanted to cuddle with you in it, I even have a video of you making it, you looked so cute!
Paintbrush blushed in embarrassment now knowing that their partner knows about their nest making. Well at least no one knows about it.
In matters of seconds test tube and fan come out of no where and jump onto the nest bed, causing paintbrush to hiss again getting scared.
I- what?? Paintbrush couldn’t even form words and just accepted what was going on and starts to curl up in a ball again test tube, lightbulb, and fan scoot in so they can lay with paintbrush, as they lay they lay warp their tails together in a showing of love”
The four fall asleep peacefully in the nest like bed all together.
