Jack asks Bitty to go to his cousin's wedding with him. Bitty assumes it's as friends, but then Jack mentions his parents will be intense because he is his date. Bitty assumes he means they're fake dating. Jack tries to kiss Bitty at the wedding and Bitty freaks out. Jack apologizes for making it weird but Bitty says he's the one who made it weird because he agreed to fake date him while knowing he has feelings for him. Jack laughs and Bitty is angry that he is being so cruel as to laugh at his unrequited feelings, but he's actually laughing because they're terrible at communicating.
