Chapter Text

When Kurloz found the Whisper, no one heard.

Some thought him mad for listening to wind

Talking bushes must be metaphor

Unless describing science punched on tin

When Kurloz found the Smith, They were in pain.

Their craft had been turned Vers Us, Once again.

Cloaked in skin and behind glass, They hide,

Hoping not to reach too far and slide.

When Kurloz found the Count, Do Re Mi La

Fa So La Ti Do Re Mi Ut Do to Ci

Lap lap ebb wane wax turn half

Even blinded, this one found her ways to He.

When Kurloz found La Rosa, she was numb.

Her life had been destroyed, her heart torn wide.

Only time could heal her for some while,

Mourning born until they found a child.

When Kurloz found Disciple, she was deaf.

He learned to dance her tune so she could speak.

After drawing lines and making weft,

Together they found lions in the teak.

When Kurloz found the Court, They tuned him out.

Too large to feel the fall if failure comes.

Ask whose palm leaf crossed their seas or teas

Reveal a captured fawn that charged no fees.

When Kurloz found the Psiion, he was burned.

Husk of dried silk left behind bee trace.

Eventually, the water brought him solace,

Never to be chained to helm or race.

When Kurloz found the Nit, he booped his snoot.

After all, the idiot is still a twit.

Upper tiers of life have thinner air,

Ground(ish) level, he found a better fit.

When Kurloz found the Maiden, she was lost.

Her mind fried from the pain of being used.

Only ruins remained, but within they found a muse.

But the mousey pup would often wander off.

When Kurloz found himself, he had forgot,

Robin was once rust or red, he thought.

Or maybe eggs were blue at noon?

Yellow sun gives super GG.Gyaru hot!

When Slick&Co come late again,

Knives and guns all get whipped out.

Increasing all the hubbub on the train.

Look, y'all chill. Sorry so late. Got left out in the rain.

Yeesh, fam. Some of you are looking P.T. rough,

Olly All Ye Oxen Free, my babies, hunky dory alligators,

If you need a hug you come a calling, ring the bell.

...but check with the robot prior 'til.
