September 7th 2025 || 8:10 a.m

Spoke walks into the cafe, immediately hit with the smell of freshly baked pastries. There's a grumble from his stomach which makes him more ecstatic to order something.

The woman at the cashier seems to notice Spoke, quickly leaving the register to go and greet him. It's not common to have new customers in the cafe.

"Hi! Welcome to Lounge Cats, I see your new"

Spoke nods and looks around. There's a lot of cats roaming around, he's tempted to steal one of them. Pinching himself mentally, he grounds himself to talk to the woman.

"Yeah! Do you guys have cake?"

She nods and smiles, walking away to come back with a small menu card, giving it to Spoke as she walks back to the counter, taking the order of someone.

He looks around before deciding to sit near the window, looking outside for any signs of a Zam figure in the distance.

Letting out a sigh, Spoke looks at the menu, seeing a variety of flavors he wouldn't even think of. Chocolate Rose Mango cake? Sour Worm Lime-Peach cake? Dude, these flavors are fruitier than Clown and Branzy!

Ultimately, Spoke decides on getting the confetti chocolate cake with a cookie and cream milkshake, petting the cats that decided to lay around him.

Spoke gets bored enough to go on his phone and check some unread messages.

Spoke put down his phone, greeted once again with the lady. She gives him a smile, putting his place and drink on the table.

“Is there a tab you wanna put the order under?”

She goes to take out a tablet, probably where she had peoples tabs open. Spoke hesitates to say Zams name, wondering if he really was a VIP here.

“Uhh, can you put it by the name Zam?”

The woman stops for a second, quickly regaining her composure with a bigger smile now on her face.

“Are you Spoke by any chance?”

“Uhm, yeah….?”

How could she know his name? He hasn't even come here before or even heard of the place, making him a bit concerned on how she knew him.

“Oh! I've heard so much about you from Zam himself! The food is on the house, you can call me Gilda!”

Spoke is taken back a bit, feeling a bit embarrassed on how Zam talked about him. It feels nice though. Spoke wasn't really one to fit in within his age group, always being considered as weird

He thanks her before diving into the cake.

It's so good! I'm definitely annoying Parrot and Mapicc into coming here every once in a while.

The cake is extremely good, surprisingly not too sweet for its flavor, in contrast to the milkshake, a little more salty than sweet. Surprisingly for others, Spoke is not much of a sweet lover. Sure he likes consuming candy, but he hates when it's overly sweet.

“Did you drop your food or something?”

Spokes a bit surprised at the voice of Zam. He must've indulged too much into his food to not even notice Zam.

“Gilda, can you give me my usual!”

There's a slight noise of something heavy falling before she responds, voice muffled by Zam laughing.

“Be careful!”

Zam takes a seat besides Spoke, taking out some of his hair clips to comb his hair, seemingly messy from what he assumes, was Zam thinking he had taken too long and came running.

There's no words needed as Zam hands Spoke his brush and some accessories, humming a song. Zam doesn't really like others to touch his hair unless it's someone special.

Although he's often found with Mapicc, Ro, Derpachu, Pangi, Planet, Flame, Wemmbu, Mane, Clown, Subz or Vitalisy playing with his hair, making a braid or simply putting on some accessories that made him stand out even more like a princess.

Spoke thanked him quietly, quickly playing around with certain hairstyles until he found what he thought looked nice, putting lots of clips and charms.

“Can we go to the arcade?”

“At this hour?”

Zam laughs lightly, he should have known Spoke would want to go somewhere else that's not inside school. He receives a soft punch from the other, mumbling at him.

“Oh look! It's weirdoishere and Princegay!”

Both stop to look at whoever said that, met with the sight of a group of people walking into the cafe.

“You still wanna suck Sam's dick zammy~?”

Lucas. The leader of their so-called group. Spoke knows Lucas ever since he was in middle school. It's unfortunate to say Lucas still hated Spoke for something that wasn't even his fault.

“Nice one! Maybe Spoke will enjoy watching his friend get fucked, fucking weirdo!”

Sam. Lucas best friend, known for his looks and reputation of hooking up with tons of girls just to get his dick wet.

“Shut the fuck up. Don't you have anything better to do?”

Zam is ragging, he despises these types of people. He can't lose his temper and throw hands just yet, that would be immature. All he does is simply smile while having no friendly undertone.

“How about you put that mouth to use? After all, you like sucking on someone, specially your so called friend Mapicc”

One of the boys speaks but Zam is so close to kicking all of them into Antarctica. Even then, he wants to stab them and watch as they beg him for mercy.

“Sam, didn't you hook up with Lucas girl? Why don't you go suck his fucking dick and stop bothering us!”

Spoke is standing beside Zam, one hand gripping Zams shirt while the other clenches into a fist. He can tolerate people judging him, but he can't tolerate it when it happens to his friends.

“Lucas you're an arrogant asshole who thinks he's all tough when in reality you miss your mommy because she left you for being weak? Oh and don't even start Sam, your mom's a fucking whore who never loved you, which is why you do the exact same and hook up with others. Fin, your parents left you? Oh too bad, sorry you're rich just because your so-called family pities you, thinking how could that child even survive?”

He lets his tongue speak, tired of dealing with their bullshit.

He's about 5 seconds away from stabbing his dagger into their throats and carve out their organs and feed them to the wolfs, because he's not in the damn fucking mood to deal with anymore emotional baggage of another person who hates his fucking guts for being special.

Before Zam or Spoke can do anything, an arrow flies though the window, landing on the sign with the menu, sound vibrating.

A wound is suddenly opened on Lucas cheek, Sam having a cut on his left ear and the rest of the boys left unharmed but shooken to their core.

Spoke looks at the arrow, recognizing the feathers instantly.

“Leave.”

Parrots figure appears just outside the cafe, holding his bow with another arrow ready to let go. You can't see his mouth but the way he glares daggers with his eyes is enough to have the group scramble.

The bird doesn't let go until he no longer sees them in his eye sight. Letting a sigh escape, he lowers his bow, gripping it with the arrow as he steps inside and reaches for the other arrow.

He struggles for a bit until he finally is able to pull it out, taking out a bag with some money, walking behind the counter and taking in a deep breath before yelling.

“DANNY I LEFT THE MONEY INSIDE THE MICROWAVE, DON'T KILL ME BRO!”

And with that, Zam gets the message to start running out, grabbing Spokes hand and bolting to the gates, Parrots not far behind, running fast enough to pass both of them and grab their hands.

“BRO, YOU GUYS ARE TOO SLOW, I'M GOING GO DIE AT THIS RATE. HOLD ON TIGHT!!”

Parrot grips both of them tight enough and starts flapping his wings, slowly descending into the air.

Someone is yelling from the ground, probably Danny.

They all laugh at the situation, not believing what just happened. Their phones go off with a bunch of notifications.

"Spoke bro, stop messing with the equipment!" Flame, whos standing near the door, whines internally on the unfolding chaos hes witnessing as of right now. Somehow, Evbo had gotten the keys to the club room and some people thought of the great idea to pull a prank of the school announcement speakers. Hes just now regreting to ever have accepted their invite.

Derapchu who was the 2nd person to come up with the idea, moves around the speakers and microphones in order to have a bigger space, more so a better escape path incase they all get caught. "Chill mannn, ive got this" Spoke pushes Jepexxs hand away, untangling himself in the mess of wires and cables he got caught up in.

Lomedy is the one who tests the quality, making sure it doesnt cut off or accendetly transmits to another channel near the area, looking up every now and then to Derapchu hitting himself or to Jepexx trying to hold his mental stablility. Not that theres much left anyway. 

"IM GONNA DO IT, I SWEAR TO GOD" Mane screams from the desk, eyebrow twitching and even tho noone can see his eyes beneath the blindfold, its very clear that his expression is both terrifying and agressive. Flame can only let out a soft laugh before sliding down the door and sitting criss cross next to his friend. Theyve been at this for half and hour, mostly just bickering with eachother.

Jaden has his eyes shut, earphones plugged with pirate music blasting from them, clearly annoyed at the chaotic envirement. Flame notices and pulls out a protine bar from his pockets, tapping the mans shoulder and saying nothing. It does help Jaden calm down a bit so he cant complain, giving a soft smile towards the gesture and taking out some marbles as a thank you.

Derapchu who had cried out for the twevth time because he hit his toe on the edge of a desk, shouts loudly enough so everyone can hear him. "Guys!". Mane and Lomedy look at eachother before grinning, body untensing and mood much lighter. Flame and Jaden also grin, meschife in their eyes, Spoke and Jepexx walk towards the microphone and mentally prepare themselfs as Derapchu rearanges the room one last time before he also, lets a smile curl on his lips. Its time.

Everyone in the groupchat halts as the hear voices comming from the speakers. They dont notice when Zam, Nufuli and Leo join in just mere seconds before murder might happen on this day.

The speakers are cut off by a loud ring and long before, the groupchat is...

May 22nd 2020 || Mapiccs house

There's a knock coming from the front door, soft yet firm as if doubtful if to even knock. Mapicc hears his dad calling him down stairs, he assumes that they opened the door and its someone who he knows or they've found out his illegal activities and his life is definitely over.

 His heart stammers with each footstep he takes closer and closer towards the living room, the feeling is unpleasant and Mapicc feels threatened. His demon senses never reacted like such unless if something major as going to happen, unless-

His mother is the one to turn her head around and flash a soft yet worried smile to her son. Minute, his older brother, on the other hand does not greet him, only looking at the small child in front of their door. Their hair is messy, tangled in knots with dust and dirt covering some parts entirely, clothes torn and raggy with blood stains all over his legs and arms. 

It's not a sight anyone would see, much less on a child who looks no older than 8  years old. Just what in the world happened.

The elephant in the room opens their mouth, an attempt to try and speak but failing as only a raspy cough comes out and their gaze lifts high enough to meet dark red orbs. 

 Holy shit. 

Is the first thought that leaves his mouth. Minute doesn't scold him but instead asks Mapicc if he recognizes this kid.

 No way. 

His legs move faster than his mind and Mapicc is suddenly hugging Spoke. 

 Mapiccs heart stammers in joy, tears falling down like a river as if the world had ended and his best friend came to greet him from the afterlife

Spoke, one of the only people he recognizes from the orphanage, a kid who was considered weird and obnoxiously loud. Spoke who wore a rainbow bandana that he had found near a dumpster after looking for something to eat.

Spoke who was considered the youngest brother out of their found family back then, Spoke who the orphanage had thought died after escaping one night and finding a pin Mappic had earned to get him near the river. 

 His demon instincts hum excitedly, blood pumping and tail leaving its cover to tightly wrap around the two. 

Minute is reassuring their mother that everything is okay, that Spoke is someone who her son missed dearly and had drawn pictures of the two running around. 

When the tears of Spoke fall down, does it make their lifes entirely change. 

June 4th 2020 || PlanetLord household

It's around 12 in the morning when a window is broken, 12:20 when Planetlord wakes up to a missing brother sleeping besides him, 12:30 when the police station receive a phone call on a missing child, 12:55 when police get to their house and question them to start an investigation for any leading clues. 

Its 1:20 when they leave the house and bid farewell, 2:40 when Mr and Ms. Tunstar manages to get their biological child to fall sleep, 7:00 when they start their daily routine and wake up Planet for school.

A day turns into a week, week into a month. And month into everything. Everything when on July 5th, 12 in the morning, a certain child pickpockets the Tunstars house door, 12:10 when that child walks into the room with another child, 12:15 when the child slumps on the floor with wounds that look like gunshots and an expression of nothing plastered on his face.

It's 7:00 am when the daily routine is broken to a scream of horror and surprise. 7:30 when after a while of parents crying and a child with no remorse or guilt on their face standing above them, taunting. 8:00 when Planetlord wakes up to the loud voice of his father and mother towards his brother. 

His.. brother. 

It takes 3 milliseconds for his body to move and hug his brother, 5 seconds to realise that he's alive, 10 seconds to feel warmth radiating, a minute for their parents to scold him. 

It's 8:30 when his brother lashes out, crying and yelling, face full of tears, spouting truths that had been hidden for days. It's 8:45 when everything changes for the rest of their lives.
