Love the opening image of Ichigo standing alone at the literal end and edge of the world, it's so cold and quiet, but not really empty because there are stars there. Then Aizen comes up beside him.

Love that Ichigo makes Aizen wait and takes his own time. Takes one last moment to watch everything crumbling before moving on.
Excellent title reveal, going from that quiet exchange between them, tot he crumbling palace, then to 01. Blind Trust.

He touched his eye! This IS when he decided what he was going to do, I'm sure of it!
And Ichigo's first real expression, and it's annoyance Aizen expertly coaxed out of him. I really like the flashback image. How it doesn't show either of their faces and doesn't seem to be either's POV, so it's both reminiscing on it at the same time.
