Summary
In another world, Sousuke Aizen is a manipulative, treacherous individual who conducted depraved experiments with the ultimate goal of reaching and overthrowing the Soul King. In this world, however, another soul replaced that of Aizen’s consciousness when he was a child, resulting in a very different Soul Society than it was in that world.
Follow how ‘Sousuke Aizen’ lives his life as the Lieutenant of the 4th Division, accidentally creates a spy network through hell butterflies, and tries to prepare for the invasion of the Quincy that will happen in exactly a century. Add the fact that the captain of the 5th Division keeps trying to poach him, the 12th having a sudden interest in how he communicates with his butterflies, and having chance encounters with the original would-be Espada from before, Sousuke Aizen would have more gray hairs than Ukitake-taichou at this rate.

AU Afterevents of Arrancar: Downfall Arc

But through quiet actions rather than words, will Aizen start to prove himself, never fully atoning for his past? A different future can always be chosen.Or
Under Urahara's supervision, Aizen, who is troubled by his past transgressions, discreetly looks for atonement in Squad 12. Playful but astute, Urahara recognizes Aizen's icy exterior and provides him with tacit support. Unspoken trust develops as they collaborate; Urahara starts to believe in Aizen's transformation, and Aizen finds comfort in Urahara's acceptance. What begins as atonement develops into a deeper bond that neither party anticipated.

(Featuring: the horrors of the deep sea, Aizen's mild identity crisis, at least one power complex, weird biology, coconut sounds, and more. If you're wondering how all these things fit together, there's only one way to find out.)

Summary
"If death meant just leaving the stage long enough to change costume and come back as a new character...Would you slow down? Or speed up?" ― Chuck Palahniuk. Fortunately for Aizen Sousuke, madness doesn't usually have a chance to carry over to the next life. Unfortunately, neither do memories.
