   Summary

   Elvira Salvatore, once from a high class northern family finds herself thrown into the story of one of her favourite authors. When she is brought under the wing of Gandalf she starts to think that she made a deal with a higher being that can't be taken back. Now she has to juggle learning magic, archery, and sword play while trying to stay alive in a world that was not made for someone like her who would much rather stay at home reading a book or grading papers.
