Chapter Text
Nunew woke up with a headache and feeling still a bit hazy. He noticed that he was still wearing his clothes from last night, but his bed seemed different. The blankets are gray which he doesn’t remember having.
When he looked around the room, he didn’t remember this place!
“Shia! Where am I?” Nunew blurted out.
It was at the same time that he heard someone is coming at the door. He immediately covered himself with the blanket and laid down back to the bed but his eyes peeking a little to check who was the one coming.
“Are you already awake?” Zee asked.
“Hia? What are you doing here?” Nunew asked, immediately sits down at the bed.
“Well, you’re in my room” Zee answered.
“I’m in your room? Why?” Nunew shocked.
“I brought you here last night” Zee replied, unsure if what he did was wrong.
“Why did you bring me here instead of taking me home?” Nunew asked, still shocked that he was in Zee’s room.
“Well, it was already too late last night, and I don’t want to bother your parents who might be sleeping already. Don’t worry, I called them already and told them you’re here with me” Zee explained.
“What? You told them I slept at your room?” Nunew not believing of everything that he hears from Zee.
It was at this moment that Net suddenly came to Zee’s room.
“Good morning….Nunew you’re here? Did you sleep here?” Net asked with teasing.
“Ask your brother who decided to bring me here instead of taking me home just because he doesn’t want to bother my parents” Nunew told Net.
“Oh wow, what a very bright idea brother” Net replied while looking at his brother.
“Yes, what a great decision right. Phi, where’s your room? Can I use your restroom and borrow some clothes please?” Nunew asked then storms out of Zee’s room.
Zee tried to follow him, but Nunew turned around and said “Don’t you dare follow me” while glaring at him. Then he walked away from him, his feet stomping the floor.
“You are doomed brother!” Net said while patting Zee’s shoulder then followed Nunew.
What did I do wrong now? Zee asked himself when both of them left.
“I can’t believe your brother!” Nunew blurted out as soon as they reached Net’s room.
“Calm down Nunew, but yes my brother can be really dumb sometimes” Net answered while laughing.
“Are your parents already awoken by this hour? Are they still here or already out?” Nunew asked.
“They are at the dining table right now waiting for me and Zee” Net replied.
“What? So, you mean there’s a very high chance that they will see me now and find out that I slept at Zee’s room last night?” Nunew said worried.
“Yup that is right” Net said.
“God! I am going to kill your brother!” Nunew answered.
“Alright, before you kill anyone, you can take a shower first then change into new clothes. You can borrow mine. My closet is just across from the shower room. Feel free to pick anything your size although for sure it will be bigger than your size” Net retorted.
“You are right, then later on I can kill your brother!” Nunew said which made Net laugh again.
Nunew already showered and changed into a black shirt and pants. Net was right, it was too big for him, but this will be enough for now. Once home, he can change into his office clothes.
It is a Monday anyway, so he needs to go to work.
He went out of the rest room, and he saw Net and Zee. He was still feeling mad at Zee, so Nunew ignored him.
“Phi, let’s go. I’ll greet your parents on the way” Nunew said without looking at Zee then went straight to the door, not giving Zee any chance to talk to him which frustrates Zee more.
“Come on bro, Mom and Dad are waiting” Net said to Zee.
Nunew was already downstairs when Mrs Panich saw him.
“Nunew, good morning son. Didn’t know you were here. How are you dear?” Mrs Panich said
“Good morning, Auntie, I was a bit drunk last night and your sons were kind enough to pick me up and bring me here” Nunew answered.
“Hmm but why not bring you home?” Mrs Panich asked wondering.
“My thoughts also Auntie” Nunew answered then glared back to Zee.
Zee just shakes his head, slowly sinking in that he will definitely get a tease not only from his brother but also from his parents.
Mrs Panich noticed Nunew’s glaring at Zee, tried to break the tension.
“Alright, since you are already here son come and join us at breakfast” Mrs Panich said then guided Nunew to a vacant seat in the dining table.
Nunew making sure he was not seated beside Zee, suddenly pulled Net to come and sit beside him.
“Phi Net, come seat here. I have few things to ask from you” Nunew reasoned out.
Zee was left with no choice but to sit on the other side of the table, facing Nunew.
They had finished breakfast when Nunew bid his goodbye to Mr and Mrs Panich. They were happy to let him go since Nunew said he still needs to go to work.
He was at the door when he heard someone calling his name.
“Nunew, let me take you home and drop you off in your office” Zee said.
“No thanks, you might take me somewhere else again” Nunew answered sarcastically.
Zee sighed.
“Come on, let’s go” Zee replied.
He held Nunew’s waist as he guided him towards his car. He then opened the car door for Nunew and helped him inside.
When he was inside his car too, he decided to talk to Nunew.
“I am sorry if I decided to bring you here instead of taking you home. Aside from worrying about your parents, I was really hoping to take care of you last night and I won’t be able to do that if I take you home. But then, you were grumpy and bratty last night that you wouldn’t listen to anything that I say. I asked you to take a shower first, but you wouldn’t move an inch. I asked you to change your clothes, but you keep on saying no until you fall asleep without doing anything that I asked you. If only I’ve known that would happen, I should have brought you home instead and maybe you wouldn’t be mad like this at me in the morning” Zee narrated after sighing many times.
“I am really sorry Nunew” Zee said again while looking at the steering wheel of his car.
Nunew was not only surprised by Zee’s reasoning, but he was also moved by what Zee said, that he just smiled at Zee’s confession.
He was an idiot for sure, but Nunew finds him cute as well. He can feel Zee’s honesty that his reasons just melted all the madness that he was still feeling just a few minutes ago.
Now he just wants to throw himself to this silly guy and confess his feelings to him. Whatever uncertainty between them before this moment, Nunew wants it cleared right now.
He was waiting for Zee to look at him but when he realized that he wouldn’t, Nunew moved his hands and cupped Zee’s cheeks, turning it into him.
Then Nunew leaned closer to Zee, tilting his head a little and gently pressed his lips on Zee’s.
“Mr Zee Pruk Panich, would you want to date me?” Nunew asked after that quick chaste kiss.
Zee was very surprised! First with Nunew touching his face, then him kissing Zee and now Nunew just asked if he could date him???!!!
What the fuck is happening? Zee wondered.
Nunew chuckled with silence. He knew Zee was too surprised, so he decided to be a little naughty.
“Alright, it looks like you don’t want to date me, so I’ll just ask Net to bring me home instead. This is so embarrassing!” Nunew said then attempted to open the car door to go out.
Zee panicked when he realized what Nunew was doing so he grabbed him back before he could leave the car.
“Wait, who said I didn’t want to date you?” Zee asked.
“You did not answer my question so I thought you didn’t want to date me” Nunew answered while rolling his eyes.
“Well, I was shocked the whole time that I didn’t know if you were messing with me or something. Just earlier you were mad at me and now you suddenly kissed me and asked me to date you which by the way I was supposed to ask first” Zee narrated.
“Hahaha were you? But I was too touched by what you said earlier that I just went on in asking if you would like to date me” Nunew replied while looking at Zee.
Zee sighed. He is still surprised but Nunew looking at him made him realize that what he heard was real.
He is not dreaming. Once he realized this, he faced Nunew and looked into his eyes.
“Nunew, I would love to date you. I’ve been wondering if I can open this topic to you for a while now, but I thought you might find it too early since it hasn’t been long since we met. But ever since meeting you, I have never stopped thinking about you. When you surprised me in the office that day, you don’t know how much I wish you could do that again and again and again. Getting a morning message from you always brightens up my day and I constantly do look forward to your good nights. I like making you happy and just thinking about anyone trying to make a move on you makes me uncomfortable and angry, that’s why when I saw you with Joss that night, I was a little disappointed. Not with you but with myself for not making things clear between us so I’d like to also apologize for not talking that night, I was just frustrated with myself” Zee explained.
“You’re so adorable hia” Nunew answered then leans closer to Zee again to give him another peck on his lips, he was about to pull away when Zee held his nape to keep him closer.
Zee this time tilted his head slightly and pressed his lips against Nunew’s after closing his eyes.
Zee kissed Nunew once, slowly, letting it last for a few seconds. Then he slowly draws his lips away but still close enough to Nunew’s lips as if they are almost touching each other’s lips.
The closeness lingers between them, building a tension and capturing Nunew’s full attention.
Then Zee opened his lips slightly, waiting for Nunew to accept his kiss, when Nunew leans back in they explored each other’s lips and tongues.
As their kiss progressed, Zee found himself inserting his tongue lightly into Nunew’s mouth then it dances beautifully with Nunew’s tongue.
They had been kissing for a while and getting a little more adventurous when Nunew gently bit Zee’s lower lip, letting his teeth scrape Zee’s lip as Nunew pulled away which made Zee moan softly.
Nunew smiled after hearing the sound, he would want to hear Zee moan again and again. Nunew thought.
Zee then moved his head down to kiss and lightly nibble Nunew’s neck while running his hands though Nunew’s hair. This made Nunew embraced Zee and gently pulled him towards Nunew as if there had been spaces between them.
Suddenly, Zee opened his eyes and realized they were still inside the car, and someone might be seeing what they were doing in the car, especially his naughty brother Net!
Zee doesn’t want anyone to see how beautiful Nunew is right now, how drunk he is with Zee’s kisses looking almost wreck just by his touch!
“Nunew, I think we better go as someone might be looking at us right now” Zee said softly,
“Do you need to go to work today hia?” Nunew asked while their faces were still close to one another.
Zee smiled.
“No and you’re not going to work either” Zee answered, touching Nunew’s face.
“Where are we going then?” Nunew teased.
“I know a place” Zee replied and started the engine almost immediately.
Inside the Panich house, Net dragged his parents to the big window glass as soon as Zee took Nunew to his car.
They were trying to peek what would happen next when they noticed that the car was not leaving yet.
They waited and waited until they sensed a movement in the car. Looks like someone is leaning closer to another which gives Net a huge smile.
“I think you got a son-in-law now” Net announced.
Mr and Mrs Panich looked at each other, smiling and happy.
