Chapter Text

When he awakens, he’s still in the same spot. Well– no– he’s not at the exact same spot. Seems like he was dragged in a little bit.

“Oh, hallo! You’re awake.” The plant greets him, laying on a random table.

“..Did I pass out?” He still feels a little bit out of it, and it feels like he’s gonna fall over when he stands up.

“Yup! Also, your hammer is over there.” The plant looks at a chair, and he does too. The chair is..collapsed. He wonders how he was able to hold it if it weighed that much. He gets up, and picks it up. It’s a nightmare trying to hold both a flashlight and a hammer while trying to survive anything that comes towards him with the sole purpose of ending his life.

“Oh, by the way, that scribble person isn’t dead!” It exclaims.

Didn’t he vaporize it?? It basically disintegrated when he hit it with the hammer, so how is it alive? “How??” He stammers out, to which the sentient plant seems to think. It frowns. “I dunno..”

A-200 wasn’t dead. He basically can’t die due to the way he was made, since he is made of air. Eventually, the particles would come back to each other and just regenerate. Pretty helpful.

A-200 followed the path where he knows that robloxian went. He hovers right over a..locker? He turns back around to see a tipped over locker. A-200 doesn’t think much of it, and turns back to follow the path. A bang from inside the locker makes him jump.

“H-H_HEHEEEllLlLOoo??!! SO m M SomeOne?!” A-120 shouted from inside the locker, only managing to make the locker shake rather than getting it off.

“A-120? How did you–”

“@-200!! You  yO u You’re FINALLY HeR   H e   HERE! LET ME OUT  PL E PLe  PL EE E EEAS E!!!” A-200 hovers over, and lifts the locker. It’s surprisingly weightless, or maybe A-200 can just do it easier. “Did the robloxian do that?” A-200 asks, letting the locker drop to the floor behind him.

“YE  YES!! I DUNNO  H O W    !!” A-120 was furious. “You  SHOULD V   “  E SEEN IT!! HE WEN T  A GAI N   ST THE WALL AND COMPLE TE L Y AVOIDE    D ME!! N E v v VER HAVE I EVER SEEN SOMEONE DO THAT!!”

“..He has my weapon now too. That’s great. I don’t know how he even did that.” A-200 tries to think on what they could do now. They can’t let the robloxian get too far, or let him be the first to..

Reach A-1000.

Well- that’s only if he decides to go for A-1000. A-200 doesn’t know what’s on the other side. Nobody here does.

“I’m pretty sure the others will be able to get him. Unless he survives all of them too, we always have other things we could let in. Remember the basement?”

“T h TTHe baSement?” A-120 doesn’t remember what that is. But it eventually comes back to him. “OOH H  HHHHHH H You  M E an tha T place far D o wn. ? ? ? “

“Yeah!! I’m pretty sure there’s someone similar to A-60 down there. We could just get that guy andddddd we get him to come over here and kill that robloxian! Easy!”

“Y  Y y e E Y EaAAHhh That   Tha t’s  PERFECt. W  e c an  DO that.”

“What the hell are you guys doing?” A-200 and A-120 turn their attention to the corpse of Bob, who looks like he could beat someone to death and tear them apart right now. “You should be trying to kill that robloxian right now! That’s what you’re here for! So what are you doing?”

“Errrr…he kinda..like– killed me?? For a second??”

“..What? HOW?!--

“I dunno?! He just did!” A-200 tries to defend himself, but Bob shakes his head.

“Guess I have to do everything on my own then. You suck at this, you know that?” He snarls, before disappearing and leaving some glowing particles.

The ceiling shakes, as something moves across it. It temporarily stops at their location, before speeding up.

“Seems like they brought Kalypto out here too.”

It has been such a long, long time since he has seen that one appear. He finally has a challenge.

The sentient plant’s smile fades, as it seems to feel something that he doesn’t. He stares at it in confusion before he feels it too. Something far away is shaking the ground and ceiling, as dust that’s gathered on the ceiling begin to fall off.

“Friend! I think the bad guys are coming, you should get moving! I’ll see you later!!” The plant commands, tipping over to the door.

He gets the message, and slams open the door. He isn’t paying attention–

Down below, is a void. The carpet sinks down into the ground, until there’s a material that seems like flesh. He can’t see beyond the darkness.

He yelps, and claws at the carpet to not fall into the abyss. Something calls him by his name.

He manages to get up, and there goes his body shooting adrenaline into his veins. He looks down at the sinking carpet, before going around it.

If he remembers correctly, he passed out at A-250. He’s getting close to A-300, so he speeds himself up a little bit.

The rumbling gets louder and so does the shaking. He has to stop moving so he doesn’t fall over in what is essentially an earthquake. It may not be an earthquake, but it might as well be one.

He hears something moving, and it sounds like it’s colliding with things that are buried deep within the ceiling, before it stops right where he is.

A huge hand bursts through the ceiling, the rubble almost crushing him. He cowers, as he takes in what the hand looks like. It’s made entirely of flesh, and in the palm there’s a huge mouth. It opens wide, planning to bite his face off.

On instinct, he swings the hammer he’s been holding right at it. It shouts in pain, as he clearly sees a tooth flying off. It then roars, grabbing his hammer and crushing it. He runs away, only to look back once he realizes it isn’t chasing him.

It’s stuck in the hole in the ceiling it created, trying to reach for him now. It makes some sort of sound in annoyance, and returns back to the ceiling.

“Awhhh, my hammer..” The hand took it. He’ll have to return to juking these things out. Now he only has his flashlight to help him.

He runs, runs, and runs. There’s nothing else he can really describe because that’s all he knows what to do.

The hand breaks through the ceiling again, and he ducks under it to avoid it.

“A-120! I got someone from the basement!” A-200 shouts to catch A-120’s attention.

“W ho W H o o o  You’d Find  Find??” A-120 hovers over to A-200, and he’s surprised when he sees who’s next to A-200.

“He’s basically just like A-60! In fact- he’s even called B-60! I think– was that your name?” A-200 turns to the blue multi-monster.

Mhm. ” The blue multi-monster– B-60– sounds wayyyy more calmer than A-60. He had enough of that guy screaming into his ear anyways, so A-120’s happy.

“Yeah, so basically..we’re just gonna send him out there and he’ll do the job!”

“H ow   do we K  no w that he’s going to s u c ee ceee d though?” A-120 asks.

“....He just will!” A-200 gives a not-so-reassuring smile. “Anyways, B-60, the robloxian is over there.” A-200 points to the doors that the robloxian has opened so far.

Alrightyy thenn!! I’ll return with his head. ” B-60 turns to the direction, and does what only A-120 guesses is..charging up? The normal A-60 never had to do that before. Might be important.

He zooms off.

He quickly realizes that the hand is hellbent on trying to catch him. He can only get through a few rooms until it does the same thing, to which he can dodge easily. But..he’s already getting exhausted. He still has enough energy to taunt it though. “You really suck at this!!” He calls out. It growls above the ceiling, and bursts through the ceiling faster than he thought. He nearly loses his balance.

He hears something else besides the hand moving through the ceiling. He already knows that’s a HORRIBLE sign. It’s getting louder pretty fast.

He knocks down a shelf in the path he’s currently going through.

Incoming.

If it hadn’t been for the shelf he knocked over, he’s pretty sure he would’ve been vaporized. It almost seems like an identical copy of the red one he had ‘killed’ a while ago. Its speed is interrupted by the shelf, and it seems confused for a moment.

Augh– really? Ouch. That’s a first .”

/ / / / B-60     THE OVERCHARGED MULTI-MONSTER / / / /

He acts quickly. He grabs and throws a table in it’s path, and then a shelf.

It bursts through the table easily, but the shelf gives it some trouble. “ Hey, could you not? Don’t make this harder for yourself. ” He opens a new door, not really bothering to look where he’s going but just throwing anything he can put down.

The hand from before bursts from the ceiling, and manages to grab him by the collar. He flails and thrashes long enough for it to let go, and return to the ceiling. He’s getting jumped.

The shelf breaks into multiple parts once it charges into it. “ Come here.

Nevermind, putting things in front of it won’t do. He has to run.

Hey!! Come on now, you’re supposed to FIGHT me! Not run away. ”  It gives chase, charging up before it barely misses him. It seems like his speed is both an advantage and a disadvantage for itself.

He can work with that. He stands still, and it charges up. At the last second, he dodges to the side and it slams straight into the wall. He can’t forget about the hand though.

Speaking of which, he hears it about to come down on him. He stands still as it charges up to speed at him once again. ‘ Time it right, or you’re DEAD . ’ His brain says to himself, as he dodges to the side. The hand comes down, missing him completely.

But, the blue entity speeds right through it. Half of it is destroyed instantly, as matter of its flesh spreads all over the walls.

Oh. Clever! ” It doesn’t seem to even mind killing the thing that was helping it. “ Keep it up.

This guy is insane , he thinks as he dodges yet another dash from it.

One thing he notices is that it has to charge before it dashes. It won’t be able to power up for long (hopefully), so maybe he can tire it out?

All the while, he’s been getting closer to A-300. He has to guess the room layout each time though, so that is obviously not fun.

And he gets an idea. Which he could’ve done this entire time, but to be fair he is fighting for his life right now. Now that he’s starting to focus, he can properly think. He glances to what’s behind him, hearing the sound of it about to charge at him.

It’s a room that has a hole in it, similar to the one he almost fell in. How convenient, but he could care less about that. He backs up, making sure to get at the very edge of it.

It charges at him, and he dodges out of the way. It dashes right into the abyss, and it screams once it disappears into the darkness.

It was that easy? This entire time? With the flashlight he was still able to hold during that, he turns it on to look down into the hole. He sees the faintest blue glow of it disappearing into the abyss, until it becomes black.

It feels like he forgot how to breathe for a little bit, so he lets some air get in his lungs. He sits down, leaning against a locker. That was a bit too close for him.

How.

How the hell did they survive that?? Are they just this bad??

“B-60’s dead.” A-200 informs to A-120.

“A l  l  R ea dy??  He jus  t G ot th ere mInutes A go!!! It’s so h o peless. . “ A-120 doesn’t know what to do with the robloxian. They might as well just let them win at this point, because anyone they send out there is killed. They didn’t even know they could die before this robloxian came in.

A-200 tries to think on what could’ve possibly given them this sort of strength.

That glowing bottle they had..

Where did they leave it? That HAS to be the source.

“I’ll be right back.” A-200 only knows that it’s in the previous rooms..they just have to find it. He begins to backtrack.

“Wh e reare  yo U  u going??”

“To find something.”

He can finally get back up and get going. But he could really go for some more sleep right now, because fighting that thing has spent all of his energy.

“C’mon..” He grunts, looking to see the room number he’s at.

‘A-276’

..He didn’t really progress that much during that ordeal. More walking for him. It’s really hard to keep a grip on something you’re holding when you feel like your entire body is about to shut down. The flashlight keeps almost slipping out of his hand while he walks.

Maybe he’s just..

..tired from..not getting too much sleep.

. . .

Did he…only get a couple minutes of sleep? Seriously..?

Man.

This sucks.

He falls to his knees and passes out, dropping the flashlight that is still on and now wasting battery life. That realization only comes to him seconds before he passes out, and how he hasn’t found a single battery.

A-200 had to backtrack to a lot of rooms. Which was boring and something he doesn’t want to do ever again because it’s…boring.

A-200 comes across a room that’s lit up with only flashlights. And it comes off strange to A-200 because..he’s never seen this type of room before.

He phases through a wall in the lit up room to get to the next room. There, in a puddle, lies the same glowing liquid that he was searching for. It does seem a bit faded though. But who cares?! He found it!

A-200 hovers over to the liquid. It’s really shiny and sparkling.

But he needs to have as much strength as that robloxian to kill them. A-200 puts his hand in the liquid, and it feels..odd. It feels like his hand is in an entirely different place when it’s inside it.

A-200 takes his hand out, and now it’s..shiny and yellow. Just like the liquid. It also doesn’t feel like it’s really his hand, more so like a modified one. It still seems to be working normal though, and it still acts like his hand.

But, he’s gotta test it. A-200 hovers to a nearby wall and slams his yellow hand into the wall. The impact forms a crater in the wall, and there’s a tiny part of the wall in the center that has disappeared after the impact,

Bingo. This is how they’re able to do all that..

Another thought comes to A-200. He can lead the others here, to the liquid, and he can only imagine what would be the results. He’s learned his lesson from last time, he can’t go to the robloxian and try to kill them. That would result in him dying for a moment- only to the get revived. But by the time he does, the robloxian would be ahead of him already progressing further.

..Wellll he can’t just let this go to waste. He’ll just get A-120 and they’ll double team on the robloxian. That’s bound to work!

When he first wakes up, he’s already moving. He needs to find a battery. Now. Otherwise he’s screwed and that’ll not be fun and he’s probably gonna die!! That’s also not good!! At all!!

He doesn’t know how long he was out for though. Long enough to get the flashlight on it’s final battery, as the light is constantly spazzing out and has begun to dim slightly.

‘A-285’

Just a little bit further. There has to be a safe room at A-300, then he can get a new flashlight! But he feels so weak.

And he knows why. It’s because he hasn’t eaten or drank anything (He guesses that bottle doesn’t count for some odd reason).

It finally feels like he can breathe after being able to open the door to A-300, like as if something was draining his oxygen. That plant isn’t here (yet, probably) and it’s another safe room. Screw this flashlight, he thinks as he throws it against the wall. The light from it flickers after colliding with the wall, and finally goes dead.
