Chapter Text
Damn, my head hurts… Why am I so warm all of a sudden? The bright lights surrounding me hurt my eyes as I opened them.
“Wh-Where am I?”
The sharp, sudden pain that had consumed me prior was gone. My neck felt fine, but if my neck was ok, why did my head hurt? I looked up.
I fuzzy white and pink poodle was leaning over me.
“Well, look who we have here! A sinner!” She exclaimed.
“A who-a-what-now?” I asked dazily.
The poodle narrowed her eyes, “I said a sinner. You.”
“M-Me!?” I asked. “I’m no sinner! The worst thing I’ve recently done was… Run away from home...”
“True. But if you want to be accepted into the afterlife, you’re going to have to prove yourself.”
I stared at her. What?
“I don’t even want to be dead yet, bruh.”
Her eyes hardened, “I’m not your ‘bruh’”
I clenched my fist, “Oh, I’m SO sorry! I don’t even know you!” I turned around and began to walk away. Now you may be wondering, where was I going? Honestly, I had no idea. Everything around me was a glowing light. I was already fed up with this poodle lady, who did she think she was? Then I stopped.
I knew I was being a brat, I should apologize.
“I wouldn’t go that way if I were you.” She said. Coming up behind me. “That’s the way to Hell.”
I looked at her in alarm. Great. I almost got myself put straight into the infamous Hell.
“Look.” I sighed, “I’m sorry. I’m just confused, and scared.”
“There is no need to apologize.” The poodle said. “In fact, anyone in your shoes would do the same thing! Especially with the route you’re going.” She smiled menancingly.
“Huh?” I turned to her, my face basically a question mark.
“Bye bye, sinner.” She said, fading away. Then suddenly, the floor somehow became the wall, and vise versa. I was falling
Falling

Falling
Falling
I was screaming, obviously. Like a little kid. I was scared. I felt abandoned.
Is that what my parents felt like when I left them?
The light was giving way to darkness, but an orange glow illuminated the darkness.
The ground was coming closer.
And closer.
And closer still.
Until I fell with a thud. I lifted my head, dazed. And all around me were… Normal citizens. But they had horns and devil tails. Some had white horns, some had blue. I looked around. They were all staring at me. And not in a good way.
“Look what the cat dragged in.” A velvety voice said. Through the crowd, a beautiful grey wolf with long, curling horns emerged.
“I-I’m a dog!” I said defensively. “A golden retriever, at that! I don’t even closely RESEMBLE a cat!” Then I realized I had no idea who I was talking to. This could be… SATAN’S WIFE for all we know, She looked like she resembled some sort of power. She chuckled.
“My, my, a teenager with a smart mouth. I don’t think she’ll survive that long down here. “
“But I’m already dead.” I pointed out. Then I stopped myself from speaking any further. I DON’T want to know what happens down here. I gotta get out.
“You’re so naive.” She said, “I want it!”
“Huh?”
“DADDY!!!!” She called, turning around, “I FOUND A NEW SLAVE!!! CAN I HAVE HER? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!??!?!?!?”
My jaw dropped in horror as a huge wolf with the longest demon-horns I’ve ever seen turned a corner.
“What are you doing down here, Pandora?” He growled. “Hm, a new comer. Interesting. And a young one, too.”
I blinked a few times. Hard.
What was I going to do?
