• pico saves benji and the school from cassandra but was blamed and taken to prison; he and benjamin reunited after he was released
• all the kids who were there went to therapy, although the experience has left marks that still affects them in present day
• nene and darnell are studying psychology and chemistry respectively 
• grace wasn’t there because she went to a different school and only found out about what happened from her parents like in canon
• skid and pump live with their respective families as shown in the series they originate from 
• ben’s death was not a accident - he was murdered, the culprit unknown
• benjamin is now a ghost like herself that only a few people can see and/or hear, pico being one of them
• ben’s paintbrush glows like yourself’s mic 
• frank and marilyn are not aware that he is no longer human, but if they do they would think that he stole their son’s divinity too
• benjamin’s death has been on the news, but neither nene, darnell, or grace believe that he was the one who did it (grace’s parents on the other hand…)
• pico is not used to the changes and has ben to teach him the ropes
• i don’t know when ben’s death happens chronologically yet, i’m torn between it happening after grace’s week or meeting sven
