    it is the year 1974 and Lucius Malfoy and his best, secret friend (not even Severus BROODY Snape could claim that title...) huddled over the tomes and the coveted, stolen Time Turner.

    "So, we do this, Luc?" Regulus' voice was soft, pleading.
    His lover and best friend's eyes narrowed in concentration.

    "Do you wish to serve this 'dark lord' and give up a future and marry Hestia Carrow - produce heirs, have THEM serve this monster, and destroy everything and everyone? We have read her journals, she instructed the future is bleak... but we can go back, strangle the viper before he ever rises to power. I'll not do this without you, Reggie. Either we do this together, or - we die trying."

    Reggie did not answer. He just kissed his lover deeply.

    The Time Turner spun.
    Faster, faster.
    Hotter, hotter.
