    Fatherhood suited Maglor, the idle thought passed through Maedhros' mind not for the first time. It was something he had not really thought about before, whether his little brother would make a good parent or if Maglor ever had the desire to be one in the first place. It was not something one generally wondered about their own siblings, not until you were suddenly faced with the reality of it.

    What if the act of raising children together acted as an elven aphrodisiac to the co-parents involved? Children usually result from sex and Maedhros and Maglor already have the children.
    Maedhros and Maglor gradually begin to notice each other, finding the other's fatherly affection towards Elrond and Elros increasingly attractive until things come to a head.
