Summary
Hi. The story follows our builder, Charlie. A tragedy upended her charmed life, and she suffered a great loss. In her quest to find answers and serve justice, she found herself at Sandrock’s doorstep. A town plagued by a myriad of misfortunes from destructive sandstorms, water shortages, a declining population, monsters, and bandits. Weaving through the various complications of surviving in the harsh environment and the insurmountable demands of the job, she kept her eye on the prize, to bring those responsible to justice; however, the revelations seem to fuel more skepticism. Amidst the confounding evidence, she is left to wonder about her own motives, unveiling the truth or exacting revenge.
How much of herself was she willing to lose to satiate her quest to uncover answers?
She is flawed, straightforward, tactless, foul-mouthed, unapologetic, and some call princess. An enigma draped in armor and armed with a pickaxe.
The story follows the timeline of the main story of MTaS, with which I took the creative license to serve the plot.
