When a young boy reaches the very bottom of his life, without any hope, the idea is born to do unthinkable. But he doesnt do that, instead he buys a house.
Big house on top of the hill a little outside the small town where he lives. The house is put up for auction at an incredibly low price, it's practicly for free. The boy decides to buy a house in the hope that something will change
