Summary
The wind up here was strong and the cold felt like it was biting his skin even through his ratty old hoodie he’s had since he was maybe ten. Tim had considered dressing a little nice for tonight but he didn’t think it would matter when things were said and done.
Tonight was his birthday.
Tonight was his thirteenth birthday.
It was the third in a row his parents forgot or just couldn’t be there, ‘something came up, we can do something when we get back’. It’s what they said every time and then forgets all over again when they did come back. They hardly stayed long enough to remember their promise, never stayed longer than to pack up to just leave again.

Robin was yelling at him.
Robin was here, not on the other side of his camera lens. No, he was sitting on top of Tim and yelling at him after saving him. Robin had snatched Tim out of the air and stopped him.

It was a simple night, it was going so well, Jason was soaring on the wings of his name sake over the city he's lived in his whole life. While the civilians were mooning over the idea of receiving their soulmate dream at midnight of their fifteenth birthday (or the less common experience of switching into their bodies) Jason had better things to do! He was Robin! And that made him magic~

...What the hell was he doing on a random roof top when he was just swinging on a grapple line? What was with this camera, why....why could he see himself through the lens!

Summary
Jason doesn’t have a lot of experience with babies. Jason isn’t entirely confident that he ever even was a baby. He’s seen them around, of course, rescued a couple from burning buildings, heard second hand stories about them from friends. But the closest he’s come to actually caring for an infant was the brief period he and Roy lived together.
With Tim's help though, he might just be able to keep this one alive.
