Summary
Vengeance. That word is such a strong term for a bunch of groups like the Scarlet Rose- or in short, SR. Many of them had sought themselves out to the abyss, just so they can reach their goal due to their beyond obsession with it while the other two individuals are trying to regain their humanities back.
It takes for an expert to lie within a milliseconds, but takes an eons to apologize for what they've done- or worse, they never apologize for what they did.

Phantoms of The Scarlet Rose, or for short they rather call it Scarlet Rose. Focuses on each every person that came from a different country such in USA, India, Canada and Russia before eventually being grouped up in Japan and stays there, whom inherited such an amazing talents for each respective job of theirs, yet behind all of these stage play is that each every members has a cynical and immoral motivations behind it. Few or less have known about their true goal. While a bunch of criminal opposes another organization, nobody dares to try and make an enemy out of the SR.
