The moment Wade tried to stand, he went slack and collapsed against Logan’s chest.
“I’m not fucking carrying you home,” Logan growled, his tone gruff, though he didn’t let Wade go.
Before Logan could say more, a quiet, broken sob escaped from Wade. Logan froze.
Wade never cried.
The sound jolted something deep inside him. Without thinking, Logan sank down to the floor, easing Wade with him.
“Hey, hey—what’s wrong?” Logan asked, his voice uncharacteristically soft, but tinged with slight panic.
Or; Wade gets kidnapped and when Logan finds him he’s joking around with his captors but that facade quickly falls when Logan unties him.
