"Tony, the stone!" Hawkeye yells, shooting a few more explosive arrows at a pterodaptil who flew dangerously close to him.
"I'm busy over here!" Tony yells, currently fighting against a few in the air.
"Can someone grab the damn thing already?!" Cried Widow, shooting alongside Clint. Steve looked around, shield in hand. Everyone else seemed way too deep into their own fights, and the gem was right there. They couldn't afford to lose it.
"I'm on it!" He said, already running towards it.
"No, Cap! You know what happened last time you tried to catch one with your bare hands!" Tony yelled, shooting from his arc reactor and knocking down a dinosaur.
"I know, but the gem is right here! I'm going to jump, and as soon as I catch it, I'm gonna need one of you guys to catch me as well!" Steve said stubbornly.

It takes Bucky a minute each morning to orient himself in time and space. My name is Bucky, he starts the litany-of-things-he-knows-beyond-a-shadow-of-a-doubt. I was born in 1917. I died in 1945, the first time. 2018, the second. It's 2023 now, and I'm in Budapest with Steve, who is older now. Being with Steve is a good thing.
Steve is back to what he naively thought would be the final act of a life well lived. It doesn't take long to see that nothing will go according to plan: after a conspiracy threatens his friends, he finds his desire for justice outweighs wishful thinking about retirement. To set things right, he'll need to use a bit of what Bruce had gotten wrong while planning the Time Heist and – more importantly – internalize the words of a wise woman who once told him that sometimes, the best that we can do is to start over.
...or, the one with post-Snap/post-Blip politics, in which Bucky and Old Man Steve drink coffee while discussing existential questions with their psychoanalyst neighbor.

"What if Steeb doesn' wanna be friends after this because I mess up?" Tony whispered and curled further into the bag on his lap.
"Do not fear, Anthony. You are the sweetest, most intelligent boy I know. Anyone would love to be friends with you." He said sincerely and then ran his fingers through Tony's hair, which calmed the boy just a little.
"Steve seems like a real kind young man from how much you have talked about him. I'm sure one small mistake you make tonight will not ruin anything between you, and that is to say, you do make a mistake. But Anthony..."
Tony looked up at the man who has shown him far more kindness and love than his father ever had, and swallowed.
"You never make mistakes." His eyes twinkled, and Tony cracked a small smile.Maybe Jarvis was right. Maybe this night will go well and Steve won't think he's a sissy.

Steve Rogers had many secrets, some of which a few people from his past found out. Like the fact he was no where near 24 when he enlisted, or that he was a wizard. A powerful and well trained one.
There was, however one secret he protected above all else, he was a Time Traveller born in the year 2000. A future where, as far as he knew, there were no wizards anymore.
Depressed and overwhelmed by his losses and finding himself back to a future where he had no one, Steve sought a permanent way out, only... it did not work quite like he was expecting. Instead of the teenager he was, he ended a four year old.
