World governments tried their hardest to fight back. Bodies were burned. Borders were closed. Checkpoints were created to make sure the cursed sickness could not infiltrate their borders. Yet, without fail, it would find a way. It would infect the rivers. Infect the very air they breathed. Slowly, yet surely, governments began to fall. Some of them launched nuclear warheads in a last ditch effort to contain the virus.
Nothing was left but dust as entire societies breathed their last.

An alternate universe branching off from the Darkness Falls timeline for 7 Days to Die. Very canon-divergent. Very gritty in some places.
