    Summary

“Seems I’ve touched a nerve,” Astarion crosses his arms, shifting his weight to the side and smirking- not quite the reaction you had expected. The sight of him standing there, almost taunting you with that deadly crooked smile sends a sudden thrill through you. Hate and longing rolled into one confusing, tangled-up mess.

You snap, face tight, “No. You have not.”

    Liar.

His head tilts forward just a bit, the orange glow of the fireplace highlighting his cheekbones and illuminating his eyes, “Hm. Maybe I should try harder. I’m bound to touch the right one eventually.”

Astarion rubs you the wrong way, in every sense of the phrase. So why can't you stay away?

You're a druid who can't wild shape, an outcast from your circle. After a mindflayer ship kidnapped you from Rivengton, a small town outside the bridge to Baldur's Gate, you find yourself the unqualified and reluctant leader of a small group of weirdos- united by one common goal: Getting these damn tadpoles out of your heads. Easy right?
Until you find yourself in a love/hate (emphasis on hate) relationship with a white-haired vampire.

    Summary

Astarion seeks out Abdirak with conflicted thoughts about his reaction towards pain. Have his sadomasochistic tendencies been created by Cazador’s abuse, or has he always had a peculiar relationship with pain? Did he invite Cazador’s abuse, or did he endure it? More unsettling still: did he want it? As much as he hates to admit it, Astarion knows that the Loviataran priest will help him find the answer.

(Some trigger warnings listed among tags, read this story at your own discretion)

Someone is killing vampires. Astarion's master asks him to go out and deal with the problem, but when he gets there, he finds himself in strangely friendly company despite his vampirism. The friendly nature of his target, however, comes with a rather dangerous caveat, one that has Astarion both intrigued and alarmed. Realizing the two are actually similar in a number of ways, they decide to stick together and help each other out. Despite both agreeing to this partnership, neither expect their relationship to end up where it does.

    Summary

Astarion was purebred. There was no doubt about it.

He was built like a newborn colt, or a racing hound, all long lines and sharp angles. The movement of his wrists, the angle of his knees, the way his nimble fingers flipped a coin or key or stolen good from one knuckle to the other were all signs of it. Of his refinement. His grace. His elegance. He laughed like an aristocrat, spoke like a poet, and clutched a goblet of wine like a Prince.

Astarion was purebred, and Axil hated him for it.

Axil and Astarion can't stand one another. Yet, as their daily brushes with death and the journey to defeat the Absolute brings them closer, each will have to confront the ghosts of their past in order to survive the chaos of the present. Along the way they discover that, just maybe, conquering your demons is a bit easier with someone by your side.

Fic accompanying the journey of my Tav Axil, a genderfluid tiefling ranger, through the events of Baldur's Gate Three.

    Summary

A much more polished version of the original fic!

Astarion hates how kind Willow is, but somehow can't help being drawn in at the same time.

Departs from Canon, and DnD Lore (pretty significantly at points)

    Note:
Based heavily on my first runthrough, wherein we lost Lae'zel and Jaheira pretty early on, so they don't make an appearance here (and therefore neither does Minsc tragically).

    Summary

It's three years after the defeat of the Netherbrain. Three years after everyone Tav came to know and love... went back to their own lives. On their own new adventures. Meanwhile, Tav is alone. She isn't beautiful anymore. She was a hero instead. Why can't she be both? Why must people gawk at her and whisper about the evidence of her suffering? She hides her body and face, no longer taking lovers or even going for a swim. And when her heart aches too much, when the voices get too loud, she climbs a temple roof and considers silencing them for good.
Abdirak has been assisting in the establishment of a temple to Loviatar in Baldur's Gate. The abandoned Sharran temple has been turned into an altar for his Maiden. However, his motivations are selfish. He wants to see Tav again. Needed it to balm his soul and quiet his pining. Their one meeting years ago ruined him. So, he sits atop the temple roof nightly, watching the streets below for a glimpse of his dearest angel.

    Summary

'I managed to make some small talk with my fellow escapees from the Nautiloid. Lae’zel is a terse woman of few words; Githyanki culture cares not for excess or expression it seems, favoring directness, clarity and precision—much like her sword work. Shadowheart is very guarded and standoff-ish, though that seems to be more directed toward Lae’zel. Gith, I imagine, also have very little use for religion, so for Shadowheart to have dedicated herself so completely and zealously to her faith must be as alien to her as she is to us. Astarion seems well-practiced in the art of casual deflection in conversation, utilizing it to put the nasty business of holding a dagger to my throat behind him. He’s not made any threatening movements in my direction since, and I’m content to let bygones be bygones in all three cases. There is just one thing that troubles me, however:

I know that there is no Magistrate Ancunín in Baldur’s Gate.'
    ---
Lord Simon Whitelily, 6th Baron Fontdale awoke on the banks of the River Chionthar with an unwelcome visitor in his skull and a motley crew of companions in the same predicament. What is he willing to do to save the Sword Coast, his young son, and ultimately himself?

    Summary

    - Added to BG3 2025 February as an Unconventional Romance -

The aftermath of the turmoil in Baldur's Gate leaves plenty of work for those in the business of suffering and death. With Abdirak attempting to establish a secret temple to Loviatar deep within the darker streets of the city, and He Who Was finding more than a few guilty souls amongst the casualties of the recent battle, there has been precious little time for anything beyond the most brief of conversations.

The patience of both men is stretched paper thin, when finally they are afforded the time to meet once more. Loviatar's beloved priest has some conditions to this meeting, however, and the Shadar-Kai has ideas of his own.

Pain and pleasure find their harmony once more as the voices of two penitent souls cry out their devotion through the long hours of the night, neither one knowing for certain what their dawn might bring.

    Summary

Abdirak had told him once that healing magic could be used to prolong torment, that it was as much of an implement of torture as any other tool, possibly even more sinister when utilized properly. V had never doubted him, and he finds himself fascinated as those fingers move through him, feeling along his insides, prodding him and producing more of those intoxicating sparks along his nerves.

“Fuck me,” he manages out, forehead dropping to Abdirak's shoulder. The priest chuckles at his expense.

“I think I might impale you a few more times, yes.”

    ...

The Dark Urge comes to Abdirak for comfort and clarity once again.
