The way she was the last to face the horrors everyone else had already grown accustomed to, the fact that showman smile that was plastered onto her face, the way that she shook and panicked whenever there was the slightest movement, and now the fact that she's screwing around with a human.
It made his blood boil.
So, he decided to take away her little sliver of comfort and he was going to have fun doing so.
