Sora wishes they had run away when they had the chance. Now they were going to get killed at the hands of their own father. They were going to die.
Or
Aizen has an child who he raises with genuine love to pass the time and grows attached to that child, naturally he doesn't take them with him— which he later regrets— unnaturally though his child thinks they're going to get killed by him. Aizen sees this as an opportunity.

Summary
Aizen was an calacuted man, one that had an some goal in his life as an soul reaper; he would become God. The soul King. For this goal, he gave up all the attachments he had made. Attachments would only hold him down and weaken him. He swore he would never get attached to anyone.
But he did.
To the child he made, he had never wanted to get attached but he had. Now so close to his goal, Aizen wouldn't give up any more attachments. He would keep them close because he was going to become God. No?

Aizen has an child and gets attached to such child. He's trying his best but he won't let his kid get in the ways of his plan. Could you blame him for being protective of the child he left for his God complex? It's complicated.

Before Aizen could get a chance to attack Karakura town, Mayuri and Urahara worked together to open a gate straight to Las Noches. Instead of putting the humans at risk, they decided to fight Aizen in his own territory. Big mistake. The shinigamis quickly lost, and without Ichigo present since Orihime was never kidnapped, they quickly fell under Aizen's mercy. But all hope is not lost..

Author Note: Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you all know- this fanfic will be going on a little maintenance break. I may have gotten too excited and rushed the plot, which is why I'll be fixing the chapters. The storyline won't change, but some events will be removed and some will be added. I really feel like it could be better, and I WANT it to be better. So I'll make it better!

In a surprising twist of fate, Ichigo’s Saigo No Getsuga Tensho faded too soon and Kisuke’s kido didn’t hit.
Aizen managed to kill everyone except Urahara Kisuke, who manages to escape thanks to Unohana Yachiru.
“Urahara!” Unohana barked. “Get out of here! Do whatever you need to in order to defeat him.”
Now, stuck with finding a way to defeat Aizen all by himself, Kisuke ended up looking through Kurotsuchi’s lab.
Stumbling across samples, Kisuke was shocked to find they contained the genetic/spiritual make up of several Captains and Lieutenants.
Using those samples and samples from his own lab, Urahara ended up creating children to send back in time to help defeat Aizen.
After all, Unohana did say to do whatever he needed to stop Aizen.

Slzy ho začaly pálit v očích, dýchal rychle a mělce a točila se mu hlava. Na hrudi ho bolelo, v místech, kde by mělo být srdce cítil prázdnou díru, jako by ho někdo vytrhl a rozcupoval. Z hrdla mu unikl první vzlyk a slzy stékaly po tvářích, když pevně sevřel víčka a odvrátil hlavu.
A bolelo to, tolik to bolelo. Měl pocit jako by mu žilami teklo roztavené železo, vpalovalo se do každého kousku jeho těla. Nákaza, která se prožírá skrz jeho svaly a maso, prorůstá celou jeho bytostí a odebírá mu vládu nad tělem i myslí.
