For Whatever Reason I Think About These All The Time —
I have probably read this more than once and/or it really stuck with meReason: I really like the akumatized forms of Marinette and Adrien in this. I love the sequence where they get akumatized, too. Also featuring not only selectively mute Adrien, but trauma bonding as well? Yeah this one has a few points that stand out and keep coming back to me.

When Adrien asks Ladybug who the present is from, instead of saying it's from a Brazilian fan, she replies that it's from a good friend of his and that she entrusted her to give it to him. This makes Adrien want to look into who gave him the gift and learn why Ladybug was so acting strange.
A little nudge from a time traveler wouldn't hurt either.

Everyone knows it, everyone talks about it. The magic in Paris. A war being fought that no government can contain, could have previously conceived of, of real-life superheroes and villains battling in the city. What that means. But it's always just words. There's no lasting damage, so there's no quick action. It doesn't end. Even if Félix is still trying his best to get Adrien to move in with them. Away from Gabriel, firstly, but also so he doesn't have to live in a city just waiting to implode.
His phone is tiny, the screen is tiny, it shouldn't be able to cause this much horror. It shouldn't be so terrifying to see the white and red magic flutter and beam through the city. Pure destruction lashing out. People should have done something more than look at it. They're all so helpless.
He needs to- he needs to get to Adrien. There might not be anything safe from that, anywhere, but he isn't going to stand by and simply watch him get hurt.
