This was supposed to be a typical bug hunt. The plan itself was simple: locate the hive; rescue any humans found along the way; kill the queen, then the hive; and celebrate with the squad over a few rounds after everything is accounted for; rinse and repeat. Corporal Caleb Grace wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary, until he meets face-to-face with a yautja hunter deep inside the hive. The pair begrudgingly work together to survive, fighting off the xenomorphs while also fighting off the feelings they have for each other. ;)

The Continental Human Sphere keeps expanding its reach further and further, with the help of Weyland-Yutani who funds mining expeditions for Tridium, a precious resource needed for hyperspace travel. When TR144, a planet rich with Tridium deposits is discovered, WY wants it for themselves. Except the planet is also home to a colony of Xenomorphs -- so they want to send the Xenokiller, Zephyr Wentworth. Zephyr hates Weyland-Yutani after they botched a mission which had her crew killed and left her on the brink of death three years prior, and she only lives now because Shad'Kraath, an Elite Yautja male ensured her survival. However, she is curious as to why they want this planet for themselves, but she learns that it comes with a heavy cost to her own future and that of the Clan she had been Blooded by.
