Summary
Hundreds of years ago, the Conjunction of the Spheres combined many worlds into one. Where once there was modern technology across the land, now there were wide expanses of magic and monsters winding in between which came to be known as the Wood.
Jaskier was born in Lettenhove, one of the last Modern Cities left. He'd only crossed the border once as a child, but he knew his destiny lay in the Old Cities. He was meant to be a troubadour and a poet, a singer of renown.
But nobody went into the Wood without an armed escort. Or maybe a Witcher, if you believed the stories. Jaskier couldn't afford to travel with a caravan and nobody had seen a Witcher in decades, so he goes on his own and is surprised to run into a cat eyed legend his first day. Despite the man trying to get rid of him almost immediately, their paths soon cross again and Geralt becomes Jaskier's reluctant bodyguard. It doesn't take Jaskier long to realize that he doesn't know himself as well as he thought, and his music quickly develops from a hobby turned profession into an unexpected talent.

Summary
It's been three years since Jaskier entered the Wood, met the love of his life, and found out the truth about his own heritage. He's performed his way across the Continent, singing Geralt's praises while traveling at his side on the Path. But an invitation to the event of the decade in Cintra changes the course of both their lives. While he tries to figure out what happened at the betrothal, Jaskier creates ties to ancient parts of the forest and starts a legacy he never imagined, all while learning a bit more about Geralt's ties to the prickly sorceress Yennefer. Jaskier is still learning the extent of his magical abilities and he struggles to control them. The world is changing, and he's not quite sure where his place is yet.

Summary
Jaskier is on his way to the Bardic Festival in Vizima by himself.
Geralt has been acting strangely since the events that occurred in Rinde and he's become distant. Despite the other Witchers' reassurances that his moodiness is fairly normal, Jaskier isn't quite convinced. On top of his worries, Jaskier is once again confronted by Valdo Marx and he comes to learn what viscous rivalry really means. An attempt to remove him from the competition turns into life threatening danger as he comes face to face with the Striga everyone seems to know about but doesn't openly discuss. Where is his Witcher when he really needs him? And will he be able to tell him how he feels when he shows up?

Summary
Two years have passed since the festival in Vizima, and Jaskier has found a better balance with Geralt. But an impromptu trip up a mountain opens up the chasm between them even farther, leaving Jaskier alone with no lute and no Witcher. He doesn't feel he has anywhere to go and he refuses to risk suffering the loss of anymore loved ones. So he hides in Ard Carraigh and abandons all remnants of the new life he'd started. Destiny, however, will not be thwarted so easily and he reluctantly returns to try again. But shortly after returning to the Wood, he's drawn back into a conflict in Cintra he thought had passed him by.
Takes place after 'Fesitval Song'.

Summary
One night, Ciri requests a story about Geralt saving people instead of hunting monsters, so Jaskier tells her of the second time they visited Vizima when they'd been contracted to find a man's missing son. The search leads them around the city and there are very few clues to be had as the number of missing people grows. Things go sideways fairly quickly and when they find the culprit, Geralt is put temporarily out of commission, leaving it up to Jaskier to get them out of trouble.

Summary
Jaskier has been Ciri's tutor and companion for a little over two years now. It's been both a challenge and a joy for him to watch the princess grow and mature. Though she's only seven, she shows a wisdom beyond her years while still remaining wild enough to be unpredictable. While on leave during the autumn to spend time with Essi he's recalled to Cintra to deal with an unexpected problem that quickly turns into a crisis. Jaskier handles it as best he can, but after it's over, tensions continue to rise.
War is coming. Nilfgaard is on the move and nobody seems to know what to do.

Reunited, Jaskier and Geralt travel with Ciri to Kaer Morhen while they try to repair their broken relationship and struggle to care for a child who has lost nearly everything. It's a tough road and they try to lay low and not draw attention to themselves. But winter snows are blowing across the fields earlier than ever and they're forced to find shelter before the weather buries them. As they figure out how to take care of their growing family, they find help along the way from unexpected new allies and old friends.
