The Doc and I got that idea one day, to go out in the desert and lay under the sky for hours just to look up and talk about anything, like it was our own corner of the world, regardless of the era we were in.
1885 seemed to disappear under The Old Tree; it was just me and Doc, our memories, our regrets, our hopes, our knowledge... his, mostly. But that never stopped me from teaching him stuff too.
It became the routine of our Saturday nights. I don't think I'd have come this far with full sanity without this moment between us...** THE TIME GOD 一 Bonus 1 **

“Shit.” He smacked his hand against the steering wheel. “We had a math test.”
