Romance comes in wayyy later. Iruka is determined to stop the people who have taken the children from their homes to be shipped off and sold to anyone who wants a malleable child soldier with a good pedigree. And Kakashi wants to help him as much as possible. Especially when some of the kidnappers turn out to be leaf village shinobi. In a crime ring spanning multiple villages, who can you trust?
