Summary
Trapped, bleeding, and about two seconds away from collapsing, I have to drag myself forward to save Cardan — because apparently letting him figure things out on his own is too much fun. Bound, panicking, and generally losing it, he clings to me like I’m a lifeline he didn’t deserve — but hey, I’m not complaining… much.
In a world designed to make us miserable, it turns out stubbornness, love, and my utter refusal to let him die first are the only things keeping us alive… and somehow still together.OR
Jude and Cardan have been kidnapped, and now they’re fighting to save each other — clinging to whatever scraps of strength they have left. -

Summary
Have you ever felt drawn to the lasting untold tales in the perspective of the High King? Well, congratulations, you have been wrapped into a journey where—if you beg adequately for it, you shall receive as Cardan Greenbriar is many things but not a fae to starve one's curiosity.
(In which I do my best to embody Cardan’s pov during the whole trilogy including offscreen moments i. e. TwK 6 months timeskip & QoN scenes with some non canon details or perceptions <3)

Summary
When Taryn moves out, Jude can't afford the bills in her two bedroom apartment all on her own. Unable to move she thankfully manages to secure a new roommate in just enough time, however she's less than pleased with her new housemate.
Cardan Greenbriar is arrogant, he's beautiful, he has little respect for the house rules and worst of all, he will not stop flirting with her.
Cardan seems to think Jude needs to relax, and he knows exactly how to help her relieve some tension.

Summary
“I have a proposition for you,” Cardan says, soundlessly swooping in behind Jude's back. As if having appeared from thin air. She can picture it in her head, without looking at him; how he would have that amused, mischievous glint in his eye that would dance in the moonlight, how his cheeks would be painted carefully with ridiculous amounts of gold shimmer, how he would be smiling that wicked mouth of his. The girl shivered—there were not enough words in the world to describe how intensely she hated Cardan Greenbriar.
“Go away, Cardan.” She said, so tired her voice came out flat, toneless.
“Oh? I think you’ll quite like what I have to offer,” he says easily, moving to sit beside her on the river bank, unbothered by the dirt. He lazily twirled his goblet and looked into the star spattered ashen-grey sky wistfully. “Marry me.”
When Jude get's herself into a scandal she can not claw herself out of, not this time, she is given a proposition by Cardan - her enemy. To marry him and become royalty. So rather foolishly, she accepts.

Summary
When Jude Duarte was given the task of protecting rising rockstar Cardan Greenbriar from a dangerous stalker, her intuition already told her it would be a tricky mission. But the capricious, irresponsible and annoyingly attractive boy seems to make everything even more difficult.
As if being threatened by a crazy stalker who wants to destroy his life wasn’t enough trouble to deal with, Cardan Greenbriar could never have imagined that having a scary bodyguard and a breathtaking girl would make him even more out of his mind.
None of them were prepared for what was to come.
The synopsis is terrible, but give me a chance.

Summary
It's been a long week, and between the long, arduous council meetings and the never ending requests and treaties and complaints, Jude and Cardan have had little time for each other. And one night it all boils over when they fight–-but that's fine, they can always make up in the morning. But it's not fine and they don't make up in the morning because Cardan gets poisoned, and will be paralyzed for the next five days.

Summary
“They have the same hair, the same cheekbones. All I have to do is pretend.”
———
As much as Jude tells herself otherwise, she remembers more than she’d like. And with the chaos of the war finally over, memories she’d hoped were forgotten come rushing back. Memories of salt, of water, and of the man she had been forced to kiss- a man that, unfortunately, looks far too similar to his younger brother in the darkness. -

In which Jude spurns her exile and schemes to usurp Cardan whilst, unbeknownst to her, he plots for her return.

Moody slowburn where Jude is unhinged and struggling to deal with her trauma while Cardan is miserable and handling their separation terribly. Eventual conciliation after much angsty conflict and scheming <3

Summary
prompt: “Jude: My food's too hot. I can't eat it. Madoc: ... Cardan: You're too hot but I still eat you. Madoc, slamming his hands on the table: ONE DINNER... Madoc: ONE PEACEFUL DINNER IS ALL I ASK!” requested by an anonymous ao3 user
Jude and Cardan had skipped the monthly dinner one too many times, finally deigning to show up. Of course, there is no occasion with Madoc, Jude and Cardan in the same room that would not prompt teasing, sexual innuendos and unresolved daddy issues.

Summary
Jude doesn’t drink. Cardan doesn’t say no to Jude. One night, she drinks too much and decides she wants him- Loudly, explicitly, and without her usual self-restraint. The next morning Cardan’s worried she’ll regret it. Jude regrets exactly nothing, except maybe the hangover.
(Or: Jude lets her guard down, Cardan panics about consent, and somehow this ends with cuddling. It’s disgusting.)

Summary
Unbeknownst to them, a fae witch cast a curse upon their heads that bound their souls. It began with hearing faint thoughts through a bond, but only when they were close. And then they could talk through the bond. Then they could feel one another — and they did everything to keep themselves apart by land and sea. But distance didn’t stop the bond, it only intensified it until they realized that only in death would the bond end— and the war.
Ps-I’m considering expanding this into a full fic, but this scene has been playing in my mind so here it is.

Summary
alternate ending to chapter 11 of The Cruel Prince, in which Locke doesn’t take Jude home after she eats the faerie fruit -- Cardan does.
"He wanted her, desperately. But he could not have her, not like this. Not inebriated with faerie fruit. That didn’t mean that he could not enjoy it, just for a few more minutes. Surely, she would hate him after this, but she already hated him now. What was a little more fuel added to an already raging fire?"
