He had been headed to the kitchen when a wave of fatigue had fallen over him, enough that he had to stop to blink the stars from his eyes. Strange, he had thought. An unusual sluggishness had taken root inside his legs and shoulders. He had felt a little worn out all day, but it was nothing to write home about.
Sanji falls sick and the rest of the straw-hats help him out by taking over the jobs that come with being their cook. It's not as easy as it looks.

“Chopper! Brook! Stay in the bunkhouse!” Sanji scrapped himself off the deck and got into a fighting stance. “Are you in there Mossy?” His strategy was talking Zoro down and keeping the focus on himself. With their deep bond and connection, Zoro had to listen to reason.
Zoro growled and sneered in response. And oddly enough, both of his eyes were open. The injured one looked pasty white yet as viscous as his currently functioning eye.
“Mossy?” Sanji cautiously approached him one step at a time. “I'm not going to hurt you, love.”
“I got him!” Usopp surfaced with his arm wrapped around Luffy. “Brook! Throw a rope down and pull us up!”
While Sanji tried to distract Zoro, Brook left Chopper alone in the bunkhouse and quickly retrieved a rope to pull both Usopp and Luffy out of the water.
Zoro glanced at the skeleton but he was made of bones so he wasn't interested. However, the man in front of him was made of flesh and blood. The oh so delicious blood that he craved right now. “Hungry..” He swallowed the saliva in his mouth.
Sanji didn't trust Zoro to feed on him, not at the current moment but if it kept the girls safe, he would.

“Cmere Mossy. Drink me to your heart's content.” Sanji stepped toward him again, this time Zoro backed away. “Hey now, I'm offering myself to you. You wouldn't pass up the opportunity to feed now, would you?”Zoro's mind was blank yet he fought himself with every movement he made. Deep inside he was still there and he was fighting to keep himself from harming his family.
For a split second, Sanji saw the fondness and softness flowing in the back of Zoro's eyes. “Mossy.. Please.” He extended his arm out to him. “Leave Usopp alone. As my boyfriend, you're my responsibility.”

Usopp shook his head frantically. “No! I haven't gotten hurt!” Although, his wrist had fresh bite marks on it from when Zoro fed earlier that evening.“He's smelling your fresh bite marks. It's like a homing beacon. That's why I can't keep his focus on me.”
Zoro stepped towards Usopp again and Sanji took two towards Zoro.
Zoro whipped his head to look at Sanji. He growled at the man, sensing a threat.
“I'm not going to hurt you.” He held his hands up to show Zoro that he meant no harm.
Brook and Chopper peaked out of the bunkhouse and watched the scene unfold. “Zoro's gotten a lot stronger. He's not letting his vampiristic craze get the better of him.” Chopper was first to say.
“Yeah, he's doing a splendid job. So far, the only casualty is the door.” Brook made yet another joke to lighten the mood.

Summary
Landing on another island, for the straw hats seemed like another day filled with adventure, and for poor Nami a new luxurious island like this meant heaps of money being spent. She wished she could relax, but not only was the feeling of being watched kind of irritating her but also the group of idiots she had in front of her eyes, disturbing the townspeople.
Then, just as Luffy bumped into a stranger, a hood over their head, Nami could tell they were smiling, maybe even smirking. That brought a horrible feeling of nausea over her whole body; she reached out to Luffy, but her screaming his name falling to deaf ears when Luffy apologized and disappeared. She let out a squeak of surprise before a blinding light swallowed the rest of the crew and she followed suit.
Not expecting to take a trip down memory lane.

"Then what's it about?"
Hearing those words, Nami looked away from the Sunny's figurehead to turn to the boy by her side. She saw him in the bright light of the sun; his tanned skin, his dark eyes, the straw hat on his head. There was a breath of freshness blowing in their favor. The broad white sails glinted in the sun light and the quivering forms seemed to be floating over the shallow waves.
"What's what?" she asked him back and mechanically tucked a rebellious lock of hair behind her ear.
Luffy took off his hat and sighed sullenly.
"It's not fair answering a question with another question!" he complained, peering at Nami with disappointment.
"It's not even fair interrupting a woman when she's lost in her thoughts!" the girl murmured without particular cue in her voice; her gaze was focused on the waves, which lapped slowly against the keel of the ship.
Luffy remained silent, then sat on the rail of the ship with his legs dangling over it and leaned forward to look down at her.
"It's not even fair being sad and not explaining why to your captain."
