Mr and Mrs Blythe have recently weathered a storm. Baby Jem has painted a rainbow of colour back into their lives after losing Joy. Anne is taking a break from teaching while Gilbert is extremely busy as the local doctor in Avonlea. Their sex life is on fire, continually experimental and passionate. While attending the coffee mornings at the village hall Anne suspects her neighbours are attempting to use certain code words as a hint they may require advice of a sexual nature. Anne is determined to try and encourage other women to discuss how they truly feel. In her quest to offer advice on forbidden topics using code, will she succeed, or will it end in tears? And will the repercussions of her advice find its way into Gilberts Doctors surgery whether he likes it or not.-

Her hair was in a messy ponytail, and she looked like the very epitome of causal, but he thought she looked exactly pulchritudinous. He hadn’t paid much attention to the way she looked, since they were always such good friends, but now, he thought she was the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen. He wouldn’t admit that to himself without a fight, though. In fact, he resisted his own opinion that he formed unknowingly. He battled himself and tried to diminish that thought into the nothingness.
“Anne looked over at him and intuited that he was entangled in his own thoughts. The distant look on his face said it all. ‘Gilbert, you alright?’ she asked.
“ ‘Yeah, I’m fine, just thinking.’ He tried to push that thought away, but it lingered hauntingly in his mind.”

There's an ultimatum where he chooses Anne, gets back with Christine, realises he's in love with Anne then interrupts her HP 3am movie by confessing love and it's so cute!
Characterisation: gorg! Lassa lil details like Gilbert having that pressure on him unless he's with Anne <3

Plot: Read before. Rewrite of fair episode. Some stuff is pretty much exactly the same, but theres that chat where they talk about what they like in the other gender, and in the hot air balloon and Winnie miscom and confusion and Gilbert being an idiot and then them dancing together and then running out and kissing. Idk.
Characterisation: Anne was pretty in character, Gilbert was an idiot but too confused for it to be his fault
Writing: skimmable. Written in french and then translated
Romance scenes: lily of the valley detour, kiss that's sort of weird because they didn't say anything to clear stuff up.

Gilbert has just lost his father, he is alone and lost, he doesn't know what to do or what his future will look like, he hesitates to leave Avonlea.
Anne deeply regrets what she said to Gilbert after the funeral. Following a conversation with Aunt Jo, she decides to go to the boy's house to tell him how she feels.
The Cuthberts, seeing the loneliness of the boy, offer him to stay in Green Gables.
These children, who will grow up in the same house, will not have a restful relationship between the jealousies of others and the hidden feelings of some.
A rewrite of Anne with an "E" based on this major event.[Tagged as completed but failed to push the concept to its conclusion. No cliffhanger though]

Hello everyone! This is very random but I found this letter I had written a very long time ago for Green Gables Girl writing competition on Pinterest! The Avonlea Bard on Twitter reminded me of it. It took me a good while to find it on a very old lap top gathering dust. All that set aside, it is a short and sweet letter from Anne to Gilbert. It is Annes very first letter which starts at the very end of Season 3. Anne's final words were;
'Dear Gilbert,
I look like my mother.'I have carried on from our dear Anne and surmised what I think she may have written to Gilbert. It was just a bit of fun. I hope you like it.
