Summary
He had never been one to panic, and after fighting monsters all through his teen years there really wasn’t much that could phase him at this point, but Steve froze the second the words left his kid’s mouth.
He had practiced for this, he had prepared. There was a sizable stack of index cards somewhere collecting dust in a desk upstairs, a perfect speech about love and blood and what does and does not make a family.
But none of that mattered now. Now he was a butterfly pinned to a board, stuck in place staring down a question he could not fully comprehend the answer to.
"Are you my dad, Steve?"

Summary
Steve this, Steve *that*—Eddie’s had enough of his newest sheepies’ hero worship of the guy, and it all comes to a head when they’re distracted at the most sacred of events: Hellfire. Apparently his majesty is under the weather—time to storm the castle and end their serfdom.
(Jokes on Eddie, because one look at sickly, pathetic Harrington has him ripping up his Munson doctrine faster than you can say ‘m’lord)

“Feel free to say no if you already have plans,” Chrissy says, “but that’s the kind of lip that deserves to be worn out.”
“I’m sure you say that to all the girls,” Stevie risks. Her voice the right kind of high as it escapes her in a whisper.
"I know this band, they’re going to be performing tonight. The music might not be your thing, but I promise they know how to throw an afterparty.”

Summary
inspired (as i so often am) by morganbritton132 on tumblr specifically this post
Carol gives up the illusion of browsing, walking up to the counter empty-handed.
“What are your intentions?” She’s imperious, hand on the counter and fingers sprawled wide. Tommy emerges from the back aisle like a dog called to heel, arms crossed in front of his chest, frowning in that squinty way he gets.
“Probably to remind you we have the right to refuse service to anyone and that loitering is a crime.”
“With Steve,” Tommy grits out.
