Summary
Marinette froze, – eyes wide open in horror, – staring in her enemies eyes that only sparkled in surprise.
He slowly took the last step separating them and leaned towards her face, – one hand resting on the wall behind her. “I could be your worst enemy.” He said softly, as if he was offering her the sweetest dessert instead of threatening to ruin her life. “I could be the best ally you could wish for.” He continued, leaning a little closer so that the distance between their faces was significantly reduced. “I could even be your personal Adrien Agreste, little ‘I-love-you’-fangirl…”
Suddenly, a lilac glow flared around Argos, and Felix Fathom was standing in front of her, looming over her and pressing close to her face. “But what I WILL be, is your man.”

“Maybe I just imagined it,” she reassured the troubled Tikki.
Kwami silently nodded and flew back to her favorite bookshelf.
“You didn’t imagine it.” The same distant voice was heard, although Marinette had the feeling that the speaker was somewhere right in front of her.
She sat up in bed again, this time slowly, trying not to make any sudden movements. She pinched herself hard and grimaced in pain, but if Tikki didn’t hear that voice, there was a possibility that she was hallucinating. Maybe she really dozed off after a long day and dreamed it? But the pain of her pinch was very obvious to be a dream.

Felix is hit by an Akuma and is sent in a ghost-like state to a world where he never existed. For some reason, there is neither Adrien nor Chat Noir in this world, and Ladybug is fighting a completely different enemy too. But Felix understands that she is still his only chance to return home, if only he found the way to let her know that he is here…

For a moment everything turned very white, and instead of a Parisian roof, Ladybug landed on a soft sofa in a spacious living room. And before she realized what happened to her from the akuma’s blow and where she was transferred, a man entered the room at the sound of her appearance.
Marinette didn’t immediately understand who he was. She seemed to be looking at Adrien through a distorting glass, not fully understanding what was wrong with him, until the man — yes, he was definitely older than the Adrien she knew — straightened his disheveled hair and she realized who was standing in front of her.
“Felix Fathom!” Ladybug exclaimed, pointing her finger at him accusatory.
The man smiled. “I didn’t know what day it would be, just that you won’t be at home.” He said with a warm, completely unexpected smile. “Forgive my appearance, love, I just got out of the shower and barely had time to get dressed. I guess you have a lot of questions. Why don’t we sit down?” He offered hospitably.

Summary
A blinding flash of white appeared right in the middle of the classroom, causing the students to close their eyes, but after a moment, Marinette reflexively opened them again, reacting to the noise of something heavy falling to the floor, and to her amazement saw Argos lying near the teacher’s table.
“Right.” He spoke, his gaze directed past her, and Marinette turned around, only now realizing that Felix Fathom was sitting behind her, which meant that whoever this visitor was, he wasn’t him. In fact, Felix was also looking at his counterpart with surprise clearly visible on his usually imperturbable face, so either he was once again very good at portraying his reaction, or he really didn’t know what was going on.
Argos headed for the door and Marinette tensed, wondering how she could quickly get out of the classroom to transform and chase him, when the same blinding flash reappeared in the middle of the classroom, and to the bewildered group gasp, in the middle of the class appeared Ladybug.

Chat Noir stopped on the roof along which they marched back and forth and put his hands on her shoulders, stopping the heroine. “I have no doubt that he wants to get closer to you, Milady.” He said firmly, looking straight into her eyes. “The question is, are you resisting this so much because you really don’t trust him, or because the idea of my cousin being around worries you for completely different reasons…?”
Ladybug looked away, slightly taken aback by his assumption. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, Chat...” She muttered, trying to quickly recover from her surprise and return to a confident position, which, she had to admit, the heat that rushed into her face didn’t help at all.
“Riiiight...” Her friend drawled with a knowing tone. “Don’t think I didn’t notice the thoughtful-dreamy glances you’ve been giving him lately.”

Marinette’s pants fell to the floor, and Felix forgot how to breathe, realizing that she was taking off her clothes right next to him... Then her legs disappeared from sight and the bed above him bent slightly. Felix carefully placed the remaining Miraculous on the floor next to the Box and lay on his back, trying to control his breathing. Duusu gave him only one knowing glance and disappeared from sight, as if realizing that his presence wasn’t necessary at the moment.
“Damn asshole...” Marinette muttered as she exhaled, her voice more tired than irritated. “If only I could trust him...”
Felix didn’t have time to think through the implication behind her last phrase or the intonation that sounded in it (hope?) before it was followed by a soft groan.

“This is the last time...” Ladybug muttered the familiar mantra, hiding her face from him like she usually did while dragging him by the hand behind the roof structures.
She intercepted him just after a rough fight between Argos and Chat Noir a couple of rooftops from his house, so he already knew that today she would be especially diligent in pretending that there was nothing between them, and that if something happened, it was an isolated incident and would never happen again—otherwise she would have waited until he returned home and climbed right into his bedroom window later that evening.
Felix knew this as well as he knew that her attempts to resist their bond were futile, and sooner or later they would find themselves in each other’s arms again.
