Summary
Vahn was an atypical youth. Due to a rare mutation, his blood had the potential to target and attack ailments within the human body. Touted as a universal cure, people had elevated his status above the norm and given him the classification "Panacea". In the media, he was hailed as a great hero who would usher in a new era or human wellness. However, behind the scenes things weren't so bright. Vahn spent his entire youth locked up in a lab with various scientists and research teams using his body and blood to perform endless amounts of experiments. The only solace in his suffering was the various anime and manga made available to him between experiments. For years he nurtured the desire to be free, until at the age of 14 he died when an organization had tried to kidnap him from the lab...
"Finally, I don't have to suffer anymore..."
This was Vahn's last thought as he faded into the endless black abyss...

That's what he thought, but then he decided to join a little organization called Chaldea at the behest of his close friend, Olga Marie Animusphere. Her father, Marisbury, had recently died, and now Olga was being forced to take over operations. Quinn couldn't say no when she asked him to come with her and help. However, the last thing he ever expected was for the entire world to burn.
Humanity is now on the verge of extinction, and Chaldea now only has a handful of staff members. They're up against heroic spirits, demon pillars, and so much more, and Quinn and the others are just humans. Still, that didn't mean they would give up yet. Despite the tragedy, and despite how hopeless it may seem...Quinn knew they would pull through. Most certainly, this would be the most interesting job he's ever taken up.

Japan was … well, it was as it ever was. Danzo had no doubt that things had changed since she had fallen into disrepair, but since she had no memories past her breakage, she had nothing to compare the Japan of now to. There were large cities, and smaller towns. Nobles, and peasants. Men and women and children. Farmers, shopkeepers, samurai, and the shogunate. Danzo took it all in, and tested her capabilities as she did so.
Caster of Limbo had fixed her in many ways. She could not compare her records to her past, but she felt smoother than before. Her speed was increased, her strength higher. She ran through her weapons systems and noted some additions that she did not remember previously having, but could not confirm didn’t exist before. Caster of Limbo had remade her, and as such, she would follow his orders and serve out his purpose.
His purpose was to destroy all this.
