Seventy years had passed for Steve Rogers. He had downed his plane in the Arctic Ocean in hopes of keeping the power of the Tesseract far away from civilization, and in the process lost all things he held close to him. However, when he's rescued by the international intelligence organization SHIELD, he comes to realize all of his sacrifices were for nothing.
