Summary
Morals are abandoned when you get paid the first money in your life. The blood soon no longer phases you and the process of packing kidneys becomes muscle memory. And the reward? £58,000 for one job well done. The shootouts don't matter, the bodies piling in the morgue don't matter when you can finally afford a home.
Dr Xavier, a surgeon gone mad, and their assistants gather and sell organs under the guise of a plastic surgery business. They've recently had to move to the busy Maple Hospital after almost being caught at their last place of work, a barley functioning hellhole. Can this group keep their 'business' afloat? Will they succumb to their own insanity? Or will the law finally catch up?
