Vaggie returns to Heaven to be a liaison while the Hotel staff work to prepare for the reopening but Charlie is feeling the weight of pushing down her emotions for so many years. When she finally starts to break, Alastor becomes determined to care for her but spending so much time together, he finds he cares more than he realizes.

Charlie在新客棧處理事情時突然情緒爆發長出了跟她父親一樣的翅膀。
當她緩過來後感到非常開心，但隨即她也遇到了問題：
她該如何使用翅膀飛翔？
翅膀看起來非常的潔白華麗，但實際上連結背部的部分非常的僵硬至極。
Charlie勉強讓翅膀揮動了幾下，但這除了證明這對翅膀不是展示品還會弄亂自己房間和搞的背部疼痛以外毫無成效。
這時Charlie發現了另一個問題，她不知道該如何將翅膀收起來。
光是走出門就是個難題，她試著控制他們但卻只能小幅度進行，沒辦法完全收合聚攏於背部。
在嘗試了幾次確定這對大翅膀一定會卡到門框後，Charlie嘆了口氣，但隨即又振作的拿出隨身記事本，並在其上書寫著標題：「和新翅膀打好關係計畫」
