Aloe turned their attention to the one that surely was the one to bring them here, revealing their friend-turned-creation Cyborg. "C'mon, turn that frown upside-down! I haven't even started my fun yet!" The scientist's eyes narrowed questioningly. What was the meaning of this? "What do you mean your 'fun'? What are you planning to do with me?" As fearful as they may have been, they kept this fear to themself. What came out sounded more akin to scorn than anything else, prompting a scowl from Cyborg as they floated themself just above Aloe.

"Cyborg," the researcher would start wearily, holding their arm out as if it would stop anything. If they were shot, that wouldn't stop it, but... Anything to spur a little mercy from their best friend. "Cyborg, I- I know you are upset- I know you are in pain- so please, let me take care of you..." Though their voice alone would usually coax the part-cookie part-robot out of their state, it seems that this wasn't going to be enough.
"Take care of me?!" The half-bot would bark back. "That's what you always do! You always feed me, you always clean me, you always warn me of things that I obviously already know!" As selfish as it sounded, the robot growled and continued. "How am I ever supposed to live if you keep me trapped here?! I can leave, I can go find my own life and my own friends and- and- I can live on my own! I don't need your help! I don't need YOU!"
