Maybe not just for his wife, but for the kid he got to see behind the mask last time they were at the ranch. For the kid who reminds him so much of himself.

The first cold snap falls over the army camp as they prepare to march towards the garrison for the winter. Captain Link is so busy making sure the kid heroes in has care are ready for the winder that he forgets to take care of his own needs. Marin ad Ravio are only to happy to help look after him though, after all, they have experience with a hero who ca't take care of himself properly!
