In one Grey City universe where the vampires who won against the werewolves tribes ruled the land. The whole vampires all consists of elites living in glamorous cities with higher privilege while the werewolves tribes somehow lived almost like in primitive life as low class in the countryside.
The system was so divided for thousands of years after the ancient war ended without satisfaction ( which another war might continue in years later) until the system somehow decided to make Vampires and Werewolves coexists but things got worse as werewolves youths faced tons of discrimination along with other werewolves employees.
