The Survey Corps has had a severe lack of talented shifters among their ranks, leaving their existing shifters at a disadvantage in squads that slow them down and keep them from their true potential.
To remedy this, Commander Dot Pixis, Commander Erwin Smith, and Commander Nile Dok have decided to put their most promising shifters on one, singular squad.
