That is until one day, a Royal letter is issued to each household in London requesting the presence of every eligible bachelor and bachelorette. A masquerade ball to be held at the Palace, one where a young Scottish Prince, by the name of Sebastian, would attend in hopes to please his father, and find a suitable partner to wed when he takes the throne.
Eggsy and Sebastian attend the ball for different reason's, but both with a hope that true love may be waiting. And as fortune turns out, they just may find it.

I am nothing if not clever when it comes to titles *eyeroll*, and so I present Fictober 2018!
Based on the Inktober 2018 prompts, I will be attempting to complete 31 Kingsman based fics in the month of October. Similar to Fictober 2017, these will likely be unrelated one-shots, I'm guessing mostly Merlin/Eggsy because that's where my brain is these days, but I've been known to wander into Merlin/Harry and dabble in Harry/Eggsy.
Tags, characters, relationships will all be updated as we go along, and each chapter heading will note the pairing and rating and any possible spoilers. These are all self-beta'd, probably typed up on my phone, so be kind but I'd appreciate a heads up on glaring errors.

When you spend a lot of time with small children, you tend to pick up on certain phrases and habits that people don't generally use with adults. Eggsy spent a lot of time raising Daisy: he knows all the tricks. From giving stickers for good behavior to adopting a certain tone of voice when he really means it, Eggsy knows the "dad" playbook by heart. The problem is that that's not exactly something you turn off.
Or: The story where Eggsy talks to the other candidates and knights the same way he does to Daisy and they respond surprisingly well.
